Abstract
본 발명은 염화메틸렌의 촉매적 기체상 플루오르화에 의한 디플루오로메탄의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 이 방법은 산소의 존재하에 330 내지 450℃에서 벌크 또는 지지된 크롬 촉매를 사용하여 실행한다.

Claims (7)
- 염화메틸렌 100몰당 0.1 내지 5몰의 산소의 존재하에, 330 내지 450℃에서 벌크 또는 지지된 크롬 촉매를 사용하여 실행함을 특징으로 하는, 플루오르화수소산 무수물을 사용한 염화메틸렌의 기체상 촉매적 플루오르화에 의한 디플루오르메탄의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, O2/CH2Cl2의 몰비가 0.5 내지 3% 임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 350 내지 400℃에서 실행함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 벌크 크롬 촉매를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 지지된 크롬 촉매를 사용하며, 크롬의 중량 함량이 바람직하게는 20% 미만임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 접촉 시간이 0.01 내지 10초, 바람직하게는 0.05 내지 5초임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 1 내지 20바 절대압에서 실행함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
