Claims (4)

  1. 영상신호출력용 회전식 카메라 및 고정식 카메라를 포함하는 카메라 조립체와, 영상신호 수신용 회전식 카메라 및 고정식 카메라에 동작가능하게 연결되며, 그들간을 스위칭시키기 위한 스위칭수단과, 회전식 카메라를 회전시키기 위해 회전식 카메라에 동작 가능하게 연결되는 회전식 스탠드 구동수단, 동작신호와 발언자 위치신호를 수신하도록 운전판넬과 발언자 검출수단에 동작가능하게 연결되며, 또한 동작신호 및/ 또는 발언자 위치신호에 따라 구동신호 및/또는 스위칭신호를 출력시키도록 회전식스탠드 구동수단 및 스위칭수단에 동작가능하게 연결되며 또한 상기 동작신호 또는 상기 발언자 위치신호가 입력된 다음 상기 구동신호 및/또는 상기 스위치신호가 출력될 타이밍에서 압축률을 제어하도록 동작통지신호를 더 발생시키기 위한 제어수단과, 그리고 상기 제어수단과 상기 영상신호를 부호화하기 위한 상기 스위칭수단에 동작가능하게 연결되며 또한 상기 동작통지신호 수신후 상기 제어수단으로부터 상기 영상부호화 수단이 동작완료 신호를 수신할때까지 상기 영상의 이동에 중점을 두도록 고정압축률을 결정하는 영상부호화 수단을 포함하는 것이 특징인 원격전자회의 시스템용 영상처리장치.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제어수단은 상기 동작신호와 상기 발언자 위치신호에 준하여 상기 영상 부호화 수단으로 상기 동작 통지신호를 발생시키기 위한 제1OR게이트, 상기 영상부호화 수단으로부터 모드고정 완료신호를 수신하기 위한 제2OR게이트, 상기동작 완료신호를 출력시키기 위한 제3OR게이트를 포함하는 것이 특징인 영상처리장치.
  3. 제 1 항 또는 2항에서, 상기 제어수단은 상기 동작 통지신호를 수신하고 또한 소정시간이 경과된 후 타임아웃신호를 출력하기 위한 제 1 타이머와, 상기 스위치신호를 수신하고 또한 소정시간 경과후 타임아웃신호를 출력시키기 위한 제2타이머를 더 포함하는 것이 특징인 영상처리장치.
  4. 제 1 항 또는 2항에서, 상기 영상부호화 수단은 상기 동작통지신호를 수신하며, 상기 고정압축률을 결정하기 위한 파라메터제어신호를 발생시키며, 또한 상기동작 완료신호를 수신후 상기 제어수단으로 상기모드 고정완료신호를 발생시키기 위한 파라메터 결정장치를 포함하는 것이 특징인 영상처리장치.
