- 하기 성질을 트롬빈 결합성 물질:(a) 분자량 : 90,000~92,000 환원상태 55,000~58,000 비환원상태(b) 등전점 : pH 6.0~6.8(c) 친화성 : 트롬빈에 강한 친화성 가짐(d) 활성 : (1)트롬빈과 결합하여 프로테인 C를 활성화 함 (2) 혈액응고시간 연장(e) 안정성 : 변성제에 소디움 도데실술페이트 및 우레아)에 안정
- 하기 성질을 갖는 트롬빈 결합성 물질:(a) 분자량 : 98,000~105,000 환원상태 60,000~65,000 비환원상태(b) 등전점 : pH 5.8~6.5(c) 친화성 : 트롬빈에 강한 친화성 가짐(d) 활성 : (1)트롬빈과 결합하여 프로테인 C를 활성화 함 (2) 혈액 응고시간 연장(e) 안정성 : 변성제(소디움 도데실술페이트 및 우레아)에 안정
