Claims (29)
- (a) 엠보스되고 스펀본드된 기관(b) 기판에 마리네이트되고 녹은 기판 섬유에 의하여 기판에 열로 결합된 폴리에스테르필름.(c) 기판을 통해 포화되어 있고 기판에 라미네이트된 필름면과 접촉되어 있는 결합물질 등으로 이루어진 짜여진 모양의 마무리 등을 지닌 짜여지지 않은 직물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, (a) 폴리에스테르필름은 금속화 폴리에스테르 블랙아웃필름이고 직물은 불투명하며,(b) 스펀본드된 기판은 폴리에스테르 물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 직물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 기판은 종방향으로 연속적이고 측방향으로 한정적인 폭을 지닌 짜여지지 않은 직물로 구성된 것을 특징으로하는 직물.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, (a) 기판은 측방향으로는 윗면과 아래면이 대체로 직선인 기관.(b) 종방향으로는 윗면과 아랫면이 약간 굴곡되어 있는 기관임을 특징으로하는 직물.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, (a) 짜여지지 않은 직물은 측방향, 종방향 모두 높고 낮은 섬유밀도를 지닌 부위가 반복되는 형식을 지닌 짜여지지 않은 직물.(b) 기판의 폭은 측방향으로는 높고 낮은 섬유밀도가 반복되는 주기보다 작은 것임을 특징으로하는 직물.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 기판과 필름은 폭이 약 3.5인치 인것을 특징으로하는 직물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, (a) 기판은 저융점 섬유와 고융점 섬유를 함유하고 저융점 섬유는 고융점 섬유보다 융점이 낮은 섬유이고,(b) 고유점 섬유가 저융점 섬유에 접착함으로써 서로 결합된 기판 섬유이고,(c) 틈에는 고융점 섬유와 저융점 섬유에 의해 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로하는 직물.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 필름과 기판사이에 열결합은 녹은 저융점 섬유에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로하는 직물.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 결합물질은 기판속의 틈을 채우고 기판과 필름 사이에 부가적 결합을 제공하는 직물.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, (a) 저융점 섬유는 저융점 섬유와 고융점 섬유를 함유하고 저융점 섬유는 고융점 섬유보다 융점이 낮은 섬유이고, (b) 고융점 섬유가 저융점 섬유에 접착함으로써 서로 결합된 기판 섬유이고, (c) 틈에는 고융점 섬유가 저융점 섬유에 의해 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로하는 직물.
- 제 10항에 있어서, (a) 블랫아웃필름과 기판사이에 열결합은 녹은 저용접 섬유에 의하여 형성되고, (b) 녹은 저융점 섬유는 열결합 부위에서 불랫아우필름의 부식 보호를 제공하는 것을 특징으로하는 직물.
- 제 11항에 있어서, 결합물질은 기판의 틈을 채우고 열결합 사이에 필름의 부식을 방지하고, 기판과 필름사이에 추가결합을 제공하는 것을 특징으로하는 직물.
- 제 7항 또는 제 10항에 있어서, (a) 고융점 섬유의 융점은 화씨 450°이고 (b) 저융점 섬유의 융점은 화씨 300°인 것을 특징으로하는 직물.
- (a) 기판에 짜여진 모양으로 엠보싱하는 공정(b) 기판에 결합물질을 포화하는 공정(c) 결합물질을 건조하고 경화하기 위해서 직물을 가열하는 공정으로 이루어진, 저융점 섬유는 고융점 섬유에 비해 낮은 융점을 지닌 저융점과 고융점 섬유로 구성된 스펀본드된 기판으로부터 짜여진 모양이 마무리를 지닌 짜여지지 않는 직물의 제조방법.
- 제 14항에 있어서, 기판을 엠보싱하는 동시에 폴리에스테프필름으로 기판을 라미네이팅하는 공정이 포함된 것을 특징으로하는 방법.
- 제 14항에 있어서, 엠보싱 공정후 결합물질 포화공정전에 폴리에스테르필름으로 기판을 라미네이팅하는 공정이 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 15항 또는 제 16항에 있어서, 필름에 접착시키는 라미네이팅 공정 동안에 저융점 섬유를 연화시킴으로써 기판에 열로 결합시키는 필름임을 특징으로하는 방법.
- 제 17항에 있어서, 이 방법에 의하여 제조되는 직물이 불투명한 금속화 폴리에스테르 블랫아웃필름임을 특징으로하는 방법.
- 제 14항에 있어서, (a) 엠보싱 공정전에, 기판은 종방향으로 연속적인 짜여지지 않은 직물로부터 미리 잘려지고 측방향으로 한정된 폭을 지니고, 측방향 및 종방향으로 높고 낮은 섬유 농축 부위를 반복적으로 지니고, (b) 기판은 측방향으로 높고 낮은 섬유 농축 부위의 반복형을 제거하기 위해 폭으로 미리 잘려진 것을 특징으로하는 방법.
- 제 14항에 있어서, 엠보싱 공정의 압력은 단위 인치당 약 100 내지 400파운드로 일정한 짜여진 모양의 외관을 나타내기에 충분한 것임을 특징으로하는 방법.
- 제 16항에 있어서, 라미네이팅 공정의 압력은 단위 인치당 약 25파운드로 필름과 기판을 결합하기에 충분한 것임을 특징으로하는 방법.
- 제 15항 또는 제 16항에 있어서, 라미네이팅 공정의 온도는 약 화씨 350° 내지 400°로써 저융점 섬유의 융점을 초과하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 14항에 있어서, (a) 엠보싱 공정은 약 4인치의 폭을 지닌 두개의 반대의 철제 로울러에 의해서 수행되고, (b) 기판의 폭은 약 3.5인치인 것임을 특징으로하는 방법.
- 제 15항 또는 제 16항에 있어서, 필름의 폭은 기판과 실질적으로 일치하는 것임을 특징으로하는 방법.
- (a) 필름과 기판사이에서 일시적 결합을 형성하는 결합물질로서 동시에 기판을 결합물질을 포화시키면서, 폴리에스테르필름과 기판을 함께 놓는 공정, (b) 결합물질을 건조하고 경화시키기 위하여 직물을 가열하고 기판과 필름사이에 영원한 결합을 형성시키는 공정 등으로 이루어진 저융점 섬유는 고융점 섬유에 비해 낮은 융점을 지닌 저융점 섬유와 고융점점 섬유를 지닌 스펀본드 기판으로부터 짜여지지 않은 직물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 25항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르필름은 이 방법에 의하여 생성된 직물은 불투명화 금속화 폴리에스테르 블랫아웃필름인 것을 특징으로하는 방법.
- 제 14항 또는 제 25항에 있어서, 가열공정은 (a) 결합물질을 고형화시키기 위하여 직물을 건조하고, (b) 크로스 결합된 결합물질의 직물을 가열하는 각개의 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 방법.
- 제 14항 또는 제 25항에 있어서, 최종적으로 편평한 상태에서 냉각시키는 공정이 더 추가된 것을 특징으로하는 방법.
