Abstract

본 발명은 구조 섬유 성분 및 열 활성 접착 성분을 함유하고 밀도가 약 0.01g/㎤ 내지 약 0.1g/㎤인 부풀어 있는 부직 권축된 섬유 기질 웹으로부터 제조되는 탄성적으로 압축될 수 있는 직물과 같은 열성형품을 제공한다. 부가적으로, 본 발명은 열성형품을 제조하는 방법도 제공한다. 이 방법은 웹을 가열하여 구조 섬유 성분을 용융시킴이 없이 접착 성분을 용융시키고 웹을 유연하게 하는 단기, 웹을 주형상에서 가볍게 적절한 압축 공기압 또는 기계적인 압력을 가하여 성형시키는 단계 및 성형된 웹을 냉각시켜 용융된 접착 성분을 고화하고 섬유내 접착을 형성시키는 단계를 포함하며, 여기서 열성형품은 약 1 내지 약 1.8 사이의 면적 대 밀도비를 갖는다.

제1도는 본 발명에 적합한 부직 웹(web)을 제조하는 적합한 공정의 예시도.
제2도는 탄성적으로 압축 가능한 직물과 같은 열성형 제품을 제조하는 데 매우 적합한 주형 어셈블리의 예시도.
제3도는 본 발명에 적합한 이중 스크린 주형의 예시도.
제4도는 본 발명에 적합한 단일 스크린 주형의 예시도.
제5도는 쇄기판(shim-plate) 열성형 방법의 예시도.
제6도는 연속적인 쇄기판 열성형 방법의 예시도.

Claims (21)

  1. a) 구조 섬유 성분 및 열활성 접착 성분을 함유하고 밀도가 약 0.01g/㎤ 내지 약 0.1g/㎤인 부풀어 있는 부직 권축된 섬유 기질 웹을 가열하여 상기 구조 성분 섬유를 용융시킴이 없이 상기 접착 성분을 용융시키고 상기 웹을 유연하게 단계, b) 상기 웹을 적절한 압축 공기 또는 기계적인 압력을 가볍게 가함으로써 주형에서 성형시키는 단계, 및 c) 성형된 웹을 냉각시켜 용융된 접착 성분을 고화하고 섬유내 접착을 형성시키는 단계를 포함하고 열성형품의 면적 대 밀도비가 약 1 내지 1.8 사이인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성적으로 압축 가능한 직물상 제품을 제조하는 열성형법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 구조 섬유 성분이 권축된 스테이플 섬유인 것이 특징인 열성형법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 구조 섬유 성분이 권축된 스펀본드 섬유인 것이 특징인 열성형법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 접착 성분이 핫-멜트 접착제인 것이 특징인 열성형법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 구조 섬유 성분 및 열활성 접착 성분이 복합 섬유인 것이 특징인 열성형법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 주형이 하나 또는 한 쌍의 소공을 갖는 판인 것이 특징인 열성형법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 주형이 비교적 수직인 쐐기를 갖는 하나 또는 한 쌍의 소공을 갖는 판인 것이 특징인 열성형법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 열성형품이 약 1.1과 약 1.5 사이의 면적 대 밀도비를 갖는 것이 특징인 열성형법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 열성형법에 따라 제조된 열성형품.
  10. a) 구조 섬유 성분 및 열활성 접착 성분을 포함하고 밀도가 약 0.01g/㎤ 내지 약 0.1g/㎤ 사이인 부직 섬유 웹의 성분들을 3차원 형상을 갖는 소공이 있는 성형 표면에서 침착시키는 단계, b) 상기 웹을 가열하여 구조 성분을 용융시킴이 없이 접착 성분을 용융시키는 단계, 및 c) 성형된 웹을 냉각시켜 용융된 접착 성분을 고화하고 섬유내 접착을 형성시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성적으로 압축될 수 있는 직물과 같은 제품을 제조하는 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 구조 섬유 성분이 권축된 스테이플 섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성적으로 압축될 수 있는 직물상 제품의 제조 방법.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 구조 섬유 성분이 권축된 스펀본드 섬유인 것이 특징인 탄성적으로 압축될 수 있는 직물상 제품의 제조 방법.
  13. 제10항에 있어서, 접착 성분이 핫-멜트 접착제인 것이 특징인 탄성적으로 압축될 수 있는 직물상 제품을 제조하는 방법.
  14. 제10항에 있어서, 구조 섬유 성분 및 열활성 접착 성분이 복합 섬유인 것이 특징인 탄성적으로 압축 가능한 직물상 제품을 제조하는 방법.
  15. 제10항의 방법에 따라서 제조된 탄성적으로 압축될 수 있는 직물상 열성형품.
  16. 구조 섬유 성분 및 열활성 접착 성분을 함유하고 밀도가 약 0.01g/㎤ 내지 약 0.1g/㎤인 부풀어 있는 권축 섬유 기질 웹으로부터 열성형된 면적 대 밀도비가 약 1과 약 1.8 사이인 탄성적으로 압축 가능한 직물상 열성형품.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 구조 섬유 성분이 권축된 스테이플 섬유인 것이 특징인 열성혐품.
  18. 제1항에 있어서, 구조 섬유 성분이 권축된 스펀본드 섬유인 것이 특징인 열성혐품.
  19. 제1항에 있어서, 접착 성분이 -멜트 접착제인 것이 특징인 열성형품.
  20. 제1항에 있어서, 구조 섬유 성분 및 열-활성 접착 성분이 복합 섬유인 것이 특징인 열성형품.
  21. 제1항에 있어서, 열성형 제품이 약 1.1 내지 약 1.5 사이의 면적 대 밀도비를 갖는 것이 특징인 열성형품.
