자동차용 내장 마무리재 및 이의 제조방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명에 따른 자동차용 내장 마무리재의 한 실시예를 나타낸 단면도이고,
제2도는 본 발명에 따른 내장 마무리재의 제조방법을 설명한 다이어그램이고,
제3도는 제2도의 방법으로 제조한 적층판의 단면도이다.

Claims (9)

  1. 열가소성 수지 결합제를 함유하는 니들된 유리섬유 시트로되고, 그 니들된 유리섬유 시트가 주로 유리섬유로 구성되는 지지층; 지지층위에 설치된 공기 투과성을 가진 열용융 접착제층; 그리고 상기 접착제 층상에 설치된 공기 투과성을 표면재층으로 되고, 여기서 지지층이 다시 발포성 마이크로비드를 함유하는 것으로 이루어진 자동차용 내장 마무리재.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 발포된 마이크로비드가 발포성 마이크로비드의 열처리에 의해 형성되는 내장 마무리재.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 발포성 마이크로비드가 발포제를 함유한 열가소성 수지의 입자인 내장 마무리재.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 열가소성 수지 결합제가 유리섬유시트 100중량부 기준으로 20 내지 80중량부의 양으로 함유되며, 발포성 마이크로비드가 열가소성 수지 결합제 100중량부 기준으로 2 내지 50중량부의 양으로 함유되는 내장 마무리재.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 니들된 유리섬유가 유기 섬유를 추가로 함유하는 내장 마무리재.
  6. 주로유리섬유로 구성된 니들된 유리섬유를 제공하는 단계, 지지층을 만들기위해 니들된 유리섬유 시트에 열가소성 수지 결합제와 발포성 마이크로비드를 분산시키는 단계, 지지층의 표면상에 공기 투과성 열용융 접착제 층을 형성시키는 단계, 발포성 마이크로비드를 팽창시키고 그리고 열용융 접착제를 용융하기 위해 얻어진 이층 적층판을 가열하는 단계, 상기 접착제층의 표면상에 공기 투과성 표면제를 적용하는 단계, 그리고 얻어진 삼층 적층판을 냉간 압축 성형하는 단계로 이루어진 자동차용 마무리재의 제조방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 발포성 마이크로비드가 발포제를 함유한 열가소성 수지의 입자인 방법.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 열가소성 수지 결합제가 유리섬유시이트 100중량부 기준으로 20 내지 80중량부의 양으로 함유되고, 그리고 발포성 마이크로비드가 열가소성 수지 결합제 100중량부 기준으로 2 내지 50중량부의 양으로 함유된 제조방법.
  9. 제6항에 있어서, 니들된 유리섬유가 유기섬유를 추가로 함유하는 제조방법.
