Abstract

50용량% 이상의 공극률을 가지는 섬유강화 열가소성 수지팽창제 및 수지성형체를 포함하는 흡음부품에 있어서, 섬유강화 열가소성 수지팽창체와 수지성형체 사이에 공기층이 형성되었다. 비록 이 흡음부품은 중량이 가볍고 두께가 얇지만, 특히 자동차에 문제가 되는 자동차밖 소음의 주파수 범위 500∼3,000Hz의 음을 효과적으로 흡수한다.

제1도∼제5도는 각각 본 발명 흡음부품의 여러 예를 나타내는 단면도이다.

Claims (13)

  1. 공극률이 50용량% 이상인 섬유강화 열가소성 수지팽창체 및 수지성형체를 포함하고, 이 섬유강화 열가소성 수지팽창체와 수지성형체 사이에 공기층이 형성되어 있는 흡음부품.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 수지성형체는 실질적으로 공극이 없는 열가소성 수지형성체이고, 섬유강화 열가소성 수지팽창체는 초조법에 의하여 얻어진 섬유 강화 열가소성 수지시트를 팽창성형시켜 이루어진 팽창체인 흡음부품.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 섬유강화 열가소성 수지팽창체의 공극률은 70∼95용량%이고, 두께는 2∼30mm이며, 공기층의 두께는 10∼50mm인 흡음부품.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 두께가 20∼100㎛인 필름층을 추가로 포함하고 있고, 필름층이 섬유강화 열가소성 수지팽창체의 수지성형체에 대하여 반대쪽 표면의 적어도 일부 위에 배치된 흡음부품.
  5. 공극률이 50용량% 이상인 섬유강화 열가소성 수지팽창체 및 열가소성 수지발포체를 포함하고, 섬유강화 열가소성 수지팽창체의 일부 위에 열가소성 수지발포체가 배치되어 있는 흡음부품.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 열가소성 수지발포체는 발포제 함유 열가소성 수지를 발포성형하여 이루어진 독립기포를 가지는 발포체이고, 섬유강화 열가소성 수지팽창체는 초조법에 의하여 수득한 섬유강화 열가소성 수지를 팽창 성형시켜 이루어진 팽창체인 흡음부품.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 섬유강화 열가소성 수지팽창체의 공극률은 70∼95용량%이고 두께는 5∼30mm이며, 열가소성 수지발포체의 발포배율은 10∼50배이고 두께는 10∼50mm인 흡음부품.
  8. 제5항에 있어서, 두게 20∼100㎛의 필름층을 추가로 포함하고 있고, 필름층이 섬유강화 열가소성 수지팽창체 표면의 적어도 일부 위에 배치된 흡음제품.
  9. 제5항에 있어서, 섬유강화 열가소성 수지팽창체와 열가소성 수지발포체 사이에 공기층이 형성된 흡음부품.
  10. 제1항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 열가소성 수지가 폴리올레핀이고, 강화섬유가 유리섬유인 흡음부품.
  11. 제1항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 섬유강화 열가소성 수지팽창체의 공극률이 85용량% 이상이고, 50용량% 미만의 공극률을 가지는 제2섬유 강화 열가소성 수지팽창체로 이루어진 지지부를 추가로 포함하는 흡음부품.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 지지부를 가지는 섬유강화 열가소성 수지팽창체를 하기의 공정으로 이루어진 방법으로 수득하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡음부품 : 초조법에 의해 수득한 섬유강화 열가소성 수지시트를 열가소성 수지의 융점 이상, 분해점 미만의 온도로 가열하고, 강화섬유의 스프링 백 힘에 의하여 공극률을 85용량% 이상이 되도록 팽창시키는 공정; 팽창된 섬유강화 열가소성 수지시트를 가열상태를 유지하면서 암수 금형의 적어도 일측 캐비티면에 오목부가 형성되어 있는 암수 1쌍의 금형 사이에 올려놓는 공정; 금형을 형체결하여 공극률이 85용량% 이상인 부분과 공극률이 50용량% 미만인 부분을 가지는 섬유강화 열가소성 수지팽창체를 동시에 형성시키는 공정.
  13. 제1항 또는 제5항에 기재된 흡음부품을 자동차용 흡음부품으로 사용할 수 있는 흡음부품.
