Claims (21)

  1. 하기(A)~(C)의, 균일하게 분산된 혼합물로 구성되는 코우팅 조성물;
    (A)유체담체
    (B)일반식의 단량체 단위를 함유하는 동종 중합체 또는 공중합체(여기서, R1및 R2는 각각 C1-C12알킬 또는 히드록시알킬, 도는 아릴이고, 공단량제는 스티렌, 아크릴레이트, 메타크릴레이트 및 말레이미드로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 치환되거나 비 치환된 성분이고, 상기 동종중합체 또는 공중합체는 약 360-약 200,000의 평균 분자량을 가진다)
    (C)블로킹 성분으로 블로킹된 NCO말단 단위를 가지는 폴리이소시아네이트 화합물.(여기서, 상기 블로킹 성분은 상기 동종중합체 또는 공중합체와 상기 폴리이소시아 네이트 화합물로 부터의 NCO기를 반응시키기 위해 적절한 상태를 적용하기에 앞서서 NCO단위로 부터 블로킹되지 않는 것을 막기위해 선택된다)
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(B)가 약 5,000-약 100,000의 평균 분자량ㅇ르 가지는 동종 중합체인 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(B)가 약 5,000-약 30,000의 평균 분자량을 가지는 동종 중합체인 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, R1및 R2가 C1-C12알킬 또는 히드록시알킬인 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, R1및 R2가 -CH2CH2OH및 -CH2CH2CH2OH로 구성된 군으로부터 각각 선택된 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유체 담체가 물 또는 물에 혼화되는 글리콜 모노에테르와의 혼합물내의 물로 구성되는 조성물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유체 담체가 알코올로 구성되는 조성물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유체 담체가 메탄올로 또는 에탄올로 구성되는 조성물.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리이소시아네트가 디이소시아네이트인 조성물.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 디이소시아네이트가 포리(메틸렌 디페닐)폴리이소시아네이트인 조성물.
  11. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 블로킹제가 메틸 에틸 케톤 옥심인 조성물.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 블로킹제가 메틸 에틸 케톤 옥심인 조성물.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 블로킹제가 카프로락탐 또는 페놀인 조성물.
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(B)와(C)사이에 반응을 가속화시킬 수 있는 촉매를 포함하는 조성물.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 촉매가 디부틸 틴디라우레이트인 조성물.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 성분(B)와(C)가 블록킹된 NCO:페놀히드록시기의 약 1:1당량비에서 존재하는 조성물.
  17. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유체 담체가 물 또는 알코올로 구성되고; 성분(B)는 R1및 R2가 히드록시알킬인 동종중합체이고 동종중합체의 평균 분자량은 약 5,000-약 30,000이며; 상기 폴리이소시아네이트가 메틸 에텔 케톤 옥심, 카프로락탐 및 페놀성 화합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 블록킹된 폴리(디페닐 메탄)디이소시아네이트이고, 성분(B)와 (C)가 블록킹된 NCO:페놀성 히드록시기의 약 1:1당량비에서 존재하는 조성물.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 디부틸 틴 디라우레이트의 촉매양을 포함하는 조성물
  19. 상기 표면위에 제1항의 조성물을 적용시키고 가열에 의해 조성물을 경화시키는 것으로 구성되는 표면을 보호하는 방법.
  20. 제19항에 있어서, 상기 경화가 촉매의 존재하, 약 150℃-약 200℃에서 약 10-30분동안 조성물을 베이킹 시킴으로써 수행되는 방법.
  21. 상기 표면위에 제1항의 조성물은 전착시키고 가열에 의해 조성물을 경화시키는 것으로 구성되는 금속표면을 보호하는 방법.
