제3도는 에마멜이 적층되어 있고, 파워 서플라이 리드선이 자동차 유리판을 위하여 결합되어 있는 본 발명에 따른 적층된 유리판을 도시한 도면.
Claims (31)
- 열분해와 환원처리에 의해 얻은 산화 금속의 전기 전도성 코팅으로 코팅된 적어도 하나의 유리부재와 플라스틱 물질층을 갖는 유리판에 있어서, 상기 산화금속 코팅은, 주석 화합물, 특히 DBTO와 인듐 화합물, 특히 인듐 의산염의 분말 혼합물을 열분해하여 얻은 ITO코팅이며, ITO코팅의 지수에 공기의 지수보다 더욱 가까운 광학 지수를 갖는 가요성 플라스틱 물질이 결합된 시이트와 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 유리판
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 시이트는 OVB,PVC와 PU의 그룹으로부터 선택된 물질로 되었으며, 공기의 지수와 ITO코팅의 지수의 사이인 1.8의 지수를 가지며, 특히 약 1.5의 지수를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리판.
- 제 1항 및 제 2항에 있어서, ITO코팅을 갖는 단일의 부재를 포함하며, 플라스틱 물질 시이트는, ITO코팅으로부터 시작하여, 에너지 흡수성을 갖는 열가소성 PU층과 자기-회복 및 반-열상 성능을 가진 외부의 열경화성 PU층에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리판.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 플라스틱 물질 시이트와 ITO코팅을 사이에 가진 두개의 유리부재를 포함하며, 유리면을 유리판으로 폐쇄된 구획 또는 캡의 외부로부터 내부로 가면서 1,2,3 및 4로 번호를 부여하였을때 ITO코팅은 유리판의 면 3상에 놓인 것을 특징으로 하는 유리판.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 공기보다 더높은 지수를 가진 상기 가요 플래스틱 재료가 칼라로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리판.
- 제 1항 내지 제 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 ITO코팅은 녹색으로 주어지는 두께를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리판.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 ITO코팅은 적어도 330㎚이고, 양호하게는 대략 350 내지 380㎚, 또는 대략 180㎚의 어느 하나의 두께를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리판.
- 제 1항 내지 제 7항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 유리판은 감소된 에너지 전달 계수를 갖는 질량으로 염색된 유리를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리판.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 상기 염색 유리는 ITO코팅으로서 녹색이나 또는 그와 동일한 색깔중의 어느하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 유리판.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 상기 염색 유리는 소위 TSA 또는 TSA2+유리인데, 즉 다음의 대략적 중량비내에서 칼라링 산소를 함유하는 ; TSA Fe₂O₃: 0.55 내지 0.62%사이, FeO : 0.11 내지 0.16%사이, CoO : 12이하, 양호하게는 10ppm ; TSA2+Fe₂O₃: 0.75 내지 0.90%사이, FeO : 0.15 내지 0.22%사이,CoO : 17이하, 양호하게는 10ppm 것을 특징으로 하는 유리판.
- 제 8항 내지 제 10항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 염색 유리가 상기 ITO코팅을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리판.
- 제 11항에 있어서, 상기 유리판 350 내지 380㎚ 또는 180㎚ 두께의 ITO코팅을 가지는 최대두께 3.5 또는 4㎚의 TSA 또는 TSA2+의 단일부채와, 상기 ITO코팅의 측면상에 유리 부재와 결합된 PU시이트를 포함 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리판.
- 제 8항 내지 제 10항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 면(3,4)을 가지고 면(3)상에 ITO코팅을 가진 유리부재는 투명 유리이고, 면(1,2)을 가지고 상기 플래스틱 시이트를 경유하는 상기 ITO코팅을 가진 유리부재와 교합되는 상기 유리부재는 TSA 또는 TSA2+유리인 것을 특징으로 하는 유리판.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 상기 유리판은, 염색 유리부재쪽으로 돌려진 면상에 대략 350 내지 380㎜두께의 ITO코팅으로 코팅된 대략 2.1 내지 2.6㎜의 두께인 투명 유리로 대략 2.2㎜의 최대 두께를 갖는 TSA염색유리 외부부재와, 상기 유리판에 의해 폐쇄되는 구획의 내측면쪽으로 위치된 부재를 포함하는데, 상기 두유리부재는 1보다 더높은 지수, 특별하게는 PVB를 갖는 탄력성 재료 시이트의 중간을 갖는 라미네이트를 형성하게 조립되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리판.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 상기 유리판은, 염색 유리부재쪽으로 돌려진 면상에 대략 180㎜두께의 ITO코팅으로 코팅된 대략 2.1 내지 2.6㎜의 두께인 투명 유리로, 대략 2.6㎜의 최대 두께를 갖는 외부 TSA염색유리 외부부재와, 유리판에 의해 폐쇄되는 구획의 내측면쪽으로 위치된 부재를 포함하는데, 상기 두부재는 1을 초과하는 지수, 특별하게는 PVB를 갖는 탄력성 재료 시이트의 중간과 적층을 형성하여 조립되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리판.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 전기적으로 ITO코팅을 공급하는 동력공급리드를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리판.
- 제 16항에 있어서, 동력공급 수단은 은을 기초로한 스크린 인쇄된 두개의 스트립으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리판.
- 제 16항에 있어서, 동력 공급 수단은, ITO코팅과 접촉하며 공기의 지수보다 높은 지수를 갖는 가요성 플라스틱 재료시이트와 상기 코팅 사이에 위치하며 상기 코팅과 결합되며 특히 구리를 기초로하는 두개의 금속 틴셀을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리판.
- 제 18항에 있어서, 틴셀을 결합하는 두개의 전기 접속부는 틴셀중의 하나에 의해 형성된 동력 공급 스트립중의 한개의 연장부 및 공기의 지수보다 높은 지수를 가지며 ITO코팅과 접촉하지 않는 가요성 금속 시이트의 다른 표면의 측면으로부터 상기 시이트에 형성된 개구를 통해 공통의 출구위치로 통과하는 반면 가요성 재료 시이트의 두께에 의해 ITO코팅과는 절연되는 다른 틴셀에 의해 형성된 다른 동력 공급 스트립과 대체로 같은 위치에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리판.
- 제 12항에 있어서, 단일유리 부재는 유리판의 중앙측면상에 점으로 분해되는 연속 불투명 에나멜 코팅과, 에나멜 구역에서 에나멜 도트상의 일부 및 ITO코팅상의 일부에 위치한 은을 기초로한 스크린 인쇄된 전도성 스트립을 그의 외주면에 지탱하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리판.
- 제13항에 있어서, 유리부재의 외주면에 위치한 에나멜 침전물은 표면(2,4)상에 침전되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리판.
- 제12항 내지 제21항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 자동차의 유리판 및 윈도우에 관한 조정을 겸할수 있는 즉, TLO│특정 국가에서 정해진 70 또는 75%이거나 이보다 높은 광 투과율(TL)과, TL/TE의 비율을 거의 1.5로하는 감소된 에너지 전달율(TE) 및 5오옴이거나 이보다 낮은 일반적으로 4.5오옴 또는 거의 10오옴으로 스퀘어당 일정한 전기 저항을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리판.
- 제 1항 내지 제 22항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 캡슐화 할수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리판.
- 제13항 내지 제18항에 따른 유리판을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 유리부재가 표면(3)상에서 ITO로 코팅되고 외주면의 불투명 에나멜 침전이 표면(4)에서 일어나며, TSA,TSA2+또는 색유리의 다른 투명한 유리 부재상에 있는 외주면의 불투명 에나멜 침전이 표면(2)에서 만들어지고, 표면(2,3)상에 있는 두개의 부재가 캠버링시키기 위해 캠버링 프레임상의 노에 위치되고, ITO코팅이 감소되고, 동력공급 스트립이 만들어지고, 두개의 유리부재의 조립체 및 충판이 1보다 높은 지수를 가지며 PVB형태인 가요성 플라스틱 시이트를 사입시키는 단계를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리판 제조방법.
- 제24항에 있어서, ITO코팅은 1기압 이하 특히 0 내지 0.5사이인 예를 들어 0.2기압으로 압력을 감소시키면서 어닐링함으로써 감소되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리판 제조방법.
- 제24항 또는 제25항에 있어서, 감소처리는 두개의 부가된 유리부재와, 다른 부재와 접촉하는 부재중의 한개의 표면상에 위치한 ITO코팅에 의해 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리판 제조방법.
- 제26항에 있어서, 감소처리 및 캠버링은 동시에 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리판 제조방법.
- 제24항에 있어서, 동력공급 스트립은 금속 틴셀이며, 상기 스트립은 가요성 플라스틱 재료 시이트 특히 PVB를 따라 용접함으로써 고정되며, 조립중에 틴셀이 ITO코팅에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리판 제조방법.
- 제28항에 있어서, 동력공급 스트립중의 하나를 형성하는 틴셀은 개구를 통해 PVB시이트의 다른 측면으로 통과하여 다른 틴셀 수준까지 운반되어 두개의 틴셀이 필수적으로 같은점에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리판 제조방법.
- 자동차용의 가열된 유리판 특히 윈드스크린 제조에 제24항 내지 제29항에 따른 방법을 자동차의 적용.
- 제30항에 있어서, 유리부재를 캠버링한후에 ITO코팅이 볼록면상에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 제30항에 따른 적용.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
