Claims (11)
- 중심축선과, 상기 중심축선과 동심으로 한쪽끝 부로에 구비된 안내 보어 및 이 안내보어와 연결되는 적어도 하나의 입구 포오트를 포함하는 자기 투과성 원통형 하우징 ; 상기 중심 축선과 동심을 이루는 안내보어와 대면하는 유동포오트와, 이 유동포오트와 동심을 이루는 오리피스판 오목부, 및 상기 오리피스판 오목부에 대향하는 면상에서 상기 유동포오트를 둘러싸는 밸브시이팅 표면을 포함하는 상기 원통형 하우징의 상기 한쪽끝에 부착된 밸브시이트부재 ; 유동 포오트와 동심을 이루는 오리피스를 포함하며, 상기 오리피스판 오목부 내부에 수용된 오리피스판 ; 상기 밸브 시이팅 표면과 맞물림 가능한 밸브요소를 포함하는 상기 안내보어 내에 왕복적으로 배치된 자기 흡인성전기자 ; 상기 전기자를 상기 밸브시이트부재쪽으로 가압하고 상기 밸브 요소를 상기 밸브시이트와 맞물리게 가압하는 힘을 발생시키기 위하여 상기 전기자에 압축적으로 부하를 가하는 복귀스프링, 및 상기 입구포오트 및 솔레노이드 코일사이에 유체밀봉 시이트를 제공하기 위하여 상기 원통형 하우징내에 배치된 시일부재로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 분사기 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하우징은 입구 포오트로 부터 원격된 안내보어의 출구끝 주위에 배치된 환형표면을 포함하며, 상기 환형표면을 편평하고 안내보어에 수직인 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 분사기 밸브.
- 제2항에 있어서, 환형표면과 안내보어는 실질적으로 동시에 조립되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체분사기 밸브.
- 제3항에 있어서, 환형표면 및 안내보어는 연삭에 의해 형성되며 이환형 표면은 편평한 것을 특징으로 하는 유체분사기 밸브.
- 제4항에 있어서, 밸브시이트 부재의 대향면은 하우징의 환형표면에 맞닿으며 이대향면은 환형표면의 맞은 편에서 편형한 것을 특징으로 하는 유체분사기 밸브.
- 제5항에 있어서, 밸브요소는 유동포오트 부근의 밸브 시이팅 표면의 일부분을 맞물리 하며 이 밸브 요소는 전기자의 원통외벽에 수직하는 실질적인 편평표면으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 분사기 밸브.
- 제6항에 있어서, 밸브요소의 편평표면과 전기자의 외벽은 실질적으로 동시에 연삭에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 분사기 밸브.
- 제7항에 있어서, 밸브요소의 표면의 편평도는 래핑으로 알려진 공정에 의해 달성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체분사기 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전기자는 포울부재를 맞물리게 하는 끝에서, 유체가 전기자 및 고정자 사이에서 막히는 경향을 방지하기 위한 유체 릴리이프 부재를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체분사기 밸브.
- 제9항에 있어서, 유체 릴리이프 부재는 전기자의 맞물림 끝에서 적어도 하나의 슬롯을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 분사기 밸브.
