Description
第1環状溝の部材後端側に矯正治具を配置する工程と、
第2環状溝を覆い、かつ、第1環状溝に第1リングを導入可能な位置に装着治具を配置する工程と、
装着治具を用いて第1リングを第1環状溝に装着する工程と、
第2環状溝に第2リングを導入可能な位置に装着治具を相対的にスライドさせる工程と、
矯正治具を第1リングの装着位置に相対的にスライドさせて、第1リングの矯正を行う工程と、
第1リングの矯正中に装着治具を用いて第2リングを第2環状溝に装着する工程と、
矯正治具を第2リングの装着位置に相対的にスライドさせて、第2リングの矯正を行う工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする組み付け方法。
図1は、本発明の第1の実施形態に係る燃料噴射弁用燃焼ガスシールを燃料噴射弁に組み付けた状態を示す図である。
好なシール性が発揮されるようになる。
図2は、本発明の参考例に係る燃料噴射弁用燃焼ガスシールを燃料噴射弁に組み付けた状態を示す図である。図2において、上記第1の実施形態(図1)と同様の構成部分については同一の符号を付している。以下、本参考例に特有の構成部分を中心に説明を行う。
図4は、本発明の第2の実施形態に係る燃料噴射弁用燃焼ガスシールを燃料噴射弁に組み付けた状態を示す図である。図4において、上記第1の実施形態及び参考例(図1および図2)と同様の構成部分については同一の符号を付している。

Claims (3)
- ハウジングに設けられた取付孔と、前記取付孔に取り付けられる燃料噴射弁との間の環状隙間をシールする燃料噴射弁用燃焼ガスシールであって、
燃料噴射弁の外周面に設けられた環状溝に装着され、かつ自己の弾性復元力によって該環状溝の底面と前記取付孔の周面に密封接触する樹脂製のシールリングと、
前記シールリングよりも燃料噴射弁後端側においてハウジングと燃料噴射弁により挟み込まれるシールワッシャと、
を備えた燃料噴射弁用燃焼ガスシールにおいて、
前記シールワッシャは、金属環と、その金属環の外周側にのみ焼き付け固定されたゴム状弾性部と、を有することを特徴とする燃料噴射弁用燃焼ガスシール。 - ハウジングに設けられた取付孔と、前記取付孔に取り付けられる燃料噴射弁との間の環状隙間をシールする燃料噴射弁用燃焼ガスシールであって、
燃料噴射弁の外周面に設けられた環状溝に装着され、かつ自己の弾性復元力によって該環状溝の底面と前記取付孔の周面に密封接触する樹脂製のシールリングと、
前記シールリングよりも燃料噴射弁後端側においてハウジングと燃料噴射弁により挟み込まれるシールワッシャと、
前記環状溝よりも燃料噴射弁先端側に設けられた第2環状溝に装着される耐熱リングと、
を備えたことを特徴とする燃料噴射弁用燃焼ガスシール。 - 前記シールワッシャは、金属環と、その金属環に焼き付け固定されたゴム状弾性部と、を有することを特徴とする請求項2記載の燃料噴射弁用燃焼ガスシール。
