Claims (5)

  1. 분사기의 일부를 형성하는 솔리노이드의 여자로 개방 위치로 이동 됐을때 가솔린이 입구로부터 출구 오리피스를 통하여 흐르도록 허용하는 스프링 편향 밸브 부재와 결합된 전자석으로 작동 가능한 밸브, 연료 입구로부터 밸브 부재에 인접하게 연장되는 통로를 한정하는 몸체 조립체를 포함하며, 통로는 내부에 틈새를 지니고 연장되는 관형 부재를 수용하고 상기 관형 부재는 상기 입구로부터 밸브 부재에 인접하게 연료 운반 경로를 형성하는, 엔진의 공기 입구로 연료를 공급하기 위한 가솔린 분사기.
  2. 중공(中空)의 외측 몸체, 몸체내에서 연장되는 코어(core) 부재, 코어 부재를 에워싸는 솔리노이드권선, 출구 오리피스를 한정하는 시이트 링(seat ring) 시이트 링과 코어 부재의 한 끝부분 사이에 배치되는 밸브 부재, 코어 부재의 끝 부분들 사이에서 연장되는 통로, 상기 통로내에 배치되는 코일형 압축스프링으로 구성되며, 상기 몸체 및 코어 부재는 자성재료로 형성되고 상기 시이트 링은 코어 부재의 한 끝 부분과 이격된 관계로 몸체의 한 끝 부분에 장착되며, 상기 코어 부재의 다른 끝 부분은 연료 입구를 한정하며, 상기 스프링의 한 끝 부분은 밸브 부재를 상기 시이트 링과 억지로 밀폐 결합시키도록 상기 밸브 부재를 강제하고 상기 스프링의 다른 끝 부분은 상기 통로내에 장착된 스프링 접합부에 결합되며, 상기 관형 부재는 상기 솔리노이드가 밸브 부재를 상기 시이트 링으로부터 상승시키도록 여자될때 상기 연료 입구로부터 상기 밸브 부재에 인접하게 연료를 운반하는 작용을 하는, 엔진의 공기 흡입 매니폴드(manifold)에 연료를 공급하기 위한 가솔린 분사기.
  3. 제 2항에 따른 분사기에 있어서, 상기 관형 부재가 스프링내에 배치되고 상기 스프링 접합부에 의해 지지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분사기.
  4. 제 3항에 따른 분사기에 있어서, 상기 밸브 부재와 인접하게 상기 코어 부재내에 형성된 횡단 구멍을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분사기.
  5. 제 4항에 따른 분사기에 있어서, 코어 부재의 외표면과 솔리노이드 사이에 한정된 통로들을 포함하며, 상기 통로들의 한쪽 끝부분에서 각기 상기 횡단 구멍들과 연결되고 다른 끝 부분에서 코어 부재내의 제일 먼저 언급된 통로 및 접합부내에 형성된 채널에 연결되어 상기 통로들을 따라서 환류에 의한 연료의 순환을 허용하며, 이로써, 분사기내의 연료의 국부적으로 과도한 가열을 최소화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분사기.
