Claims (10)
- (a) 벤조트리플루오라이드를 니트로화제와 반응시켜 3- 니트로벤조트리플루오라이드를 생성시키고, (b) 3-니트로벤조트리플루오라이드를 디메틸옥소설포늄 메틸리드와 반응시켜 2-메틸-3-니트로-벤조트리플루오라이드를 생성시키며, (c)단계 (b)의 화합물에서 니트로 그룹을 환원시켜 3-아미노-2-메틸 벤조트리플루오라이드를 생성시키는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 3-아미노-2-메틸 벤조트리플루오라이드의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 니트로화제가 농질산 및 농황산인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 디메틸옥소설포늄 메틸리드가 트리메틸 설폭소늄 요오다이드 또는 트리메틸 설폭소늄 클로라이드로부터 유도되는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 단계 (b)를 디메틸 설폭사이드, 테트라하이드로푸란 또는 이의 혼합물 중에서 수행하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 단계 (c)의 완원반응을 촉매적 수소화로 수행하는 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 촉매적 수소화를 탄소상 팔라듐 촉매로 수행하는 방법.
- (a) 3-니트로벤조트리플루오라이드를 디메틸옥소 설포늄메틸리드와 반응시켜 2-메틸-3-니트로-벤조트리플루오라이드를 생성시키고, (b) 단계(a)의 화합물에서 니트로 그룹을 환원시켜 3-아미노-2-메틸 벤조트리플루오라이드를 생성시키는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 3-아미노-2-메틸 벤조트리플루오라이드이 제조방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 디메틸옥소설포늄 메틸리드가 트리메틸 설폭소늄 요오다이드 또는 트리메틸 설폭소늄 클로라이드로부터 유도되는 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 단계 (a)를 디메틸 설폭사이드, 테트라하이드로푸란 또는 이의 혼합물중에서 수행하는 방법.
