Claims (10)
- 유리전이온도(TG)를 초과하는 온도로 가열된 고온의 결정성 무정형 열가소성 물질(13)에 압착력을 가함을 특징으로 하는, 주로 무정형인 결정성 열가소성 물질의 결정화 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 압착시 물질(13)의 양면(16, 17)에 인접하는 기계요소(20, 20)사이에 물질(13)을 봉입시킴을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 물질의 결정화 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 물질(13)에 인접하는 기계요소(20, 30)가 물질의 한군데 이상의 영역의 두께를 감소시킴을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 물질의 결정화 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 압착시 물질(13)의 두께를 적어도 20%, 바람직하게는 적어도 40%까지 감소시킴을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 물질의 결정화 방법.
- 제2항 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적어도 부분적으로나마 압착력을 적용받지 않은 물질에 의해 둘러싸인 영역에 압착력을 가하거나 또는 압착력을 적용시킬 경우 물질의 두께가 한계가 정해진 영역으로 둘러싸인 영역에서보다 한계가 정해진 영역에서 더욱 감소됨을 특징으로 하는, 열가소성 물질의 결정화 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 길이가 단계적으로 증가하고, 서로 근접했다 분리되었다하는 밴드모양 물질부를 형성하는 영역에 압착력을 적용시킴을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 물질의 결정화 방법.
- 상술한 청구범위의 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 결정화되는 물질을 용기 또는 비이커의 바닥부에 포함시킴을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 물질의 결정화 방법.
- 플런저(20)와 성형부(30)사이에 위치되는 열가소성 물질(13)이 압착력을 적용받는 최단거리까지 플런저와 성형부를 이동되도록 조정함을 특징으로 하는, 그 물질의 유리전이온도(TG)을 초과하는 온도로 물질을 열처리하는, 주로 무정형인 결정화 가능한 열가소성 물질의 결정화 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 열가소성 물질에 인접하는 플런저(20)와 성형부(30)의 각 표면(23,33)의 앞서 명시한 온도를 고정하고 유지시키기 위한 요소(29,39)를 플런저 및/또는 성형부에 설비함을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 물질의 결정화 장치.
- 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서 플런저(20)을 블랭크(10)의 바닥(18)내면에 인접하도록 조정하고, 플런저가 실제로 바깥쪽으로 기울어진 표면(25a)에 의해 중앙 성형면에 인접한 전주 돌출부(70)로 둘러싸인 우묵한 중앙 성형면(23)을 가지며, 성형부(30)가 플런저의 바깥쪽으로 기울어진 표면(25a)의 모양 및 방향과 일치하는 바깥쪽으로 기울어진 밴드모양의 전주부(35)로 둘러싸인 중앙 성형면(33)을 가짐으로해서 성형부(30) 및/또는 플런저(20)의 상호 위치로의 이동을 가능케하며 이때 성형면(33)이 플런저의 바깥으로 기울어진 표면(25a)사이에 위치하는 부분을 점유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 물질의 결정화 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
