Claims (19)
- 정보면상의 주사 지점에 접속되고, 상기의 주사 지점과 정보면의 캐리어가 서로 대응하여 이동되어 주사지점이 정보면을 주사하는 주사 광선의 수단에 의해서 정보면을 광학적으로 주사하는 방법에 있어서, 중요한 굴절 제한된 주사 지점은 비선형 광학물질의 층과 조합하여 구성되고, 주사 광선의 방사선은 주사 지점내에서 판별되는 광학 효과를 확립하게 되어 효과적인 주사지점이 원래의 주사 지점보다 현저하게 작게되는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보면의 광학적 주사 방법.
- 정보면을 포함하고, 제1항에서 청구된 바와같은 방법에 의해 주사되기에 적합한 광학 기록 캐리어에 있어서, 상기의 광학 기록 캐리어가 정보면의 촛점깊이내에 위치된 비선형 광학 물질의 층을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 기록 캐리어.
- 제2항에 있어서, 정보면은 정보로 배열된 정보 지역에 의해서 구성된 영구적인 정보 구조와 함께 제공되고, 상기 지역은 중간 지역과 함께 트랙 방향으로 교체되고 광학적으로 구별되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 기록 캐리어.
- 제2항에 있어서, 정보면이 정보면에 주사 지점을 위치시키기 위한 영구 서보-트랙 구조를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하며, 판독하기에 적절하며, 한번 기입할 수 있는 광학 기록 캐리어.
- 제2항에 있어서, 정보면이 정보면에 주사 지점을 위치시키기 위한 영구 서 보-트랙 구조를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하며, 적절히 판독할 수 있고 기입할 수 있으며 여러번 지울수 있는 광학 기록 캐리어.
- 제2항에 있어서, 트랙형 구조를 광학적으로 기입하기 위한 마스터로서 의도되고, 기판 및 정보층을 포함하고 있으며, 정보층의 정보로부터 자유로운 기입가능층인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 기록 캐리어.
- 제2,3,4,5 또는 6항에 있어서, 비선형 광학 재질은 입사 방사의 변화 강도에 따라 전송율이 변하는 재질인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 기록 캐리어.
- 제7항에 있어서, 강도의 영향하에 변하는 전송율을 가진 재질은 포화다이인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 기록 캐리어.
- 제7항에 있어서, 강도의 영향하에 변하는 전송율을 가진 재질은 쌍안정 광학 재질인 것을 특징으로하는 광학 기록 캐리어.
- 제 3,4 또는 5항에 있어서, 비선형 광학 재질은 입사 방사의 강도를 변화시킬시에 굴절율이 변하는 재질인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 기록 캐리어.
- 비선형 광학 재질이 위상 변화 재질인 제10항에 있어서, 비선형 광학 재질의 층은 또한 정보층인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 기록 캐리어.
- 제 3,4 또는 5항에 있어서, 비선형 광학 재질은 비교적 고열 신장 계수를 가진 합성 재질인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 기록 캐리어.
- 자기 영역이 자기장 및 방시빔에 의해 기록 되어, 주사빔의 편광의 변화로 판독되는 자기 광학 재질로 이루어진 정보층을 가진 제5항에 있어서, 비선형 층은 편광 변화가 입사 방사의 강도에 의존하는 자기 광학 정보층으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 기록 캐리어.
- 제13항에 있어서, 비선형 광학 재질층은 자기 광학층의 집속깊이내에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 기록 캐리어.
- 제7 내지 14항에 있어서, 비선형 광학층은 주사 방사를 위한 공진 구조로 구성되는 층의 팩부를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 기록 캐리어.
- 제15항에 있어서, 다수의 여분층은 비선형층과 조합되어, 공진구조로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 기록 캐리어.
- 제1항에서 청구된 방법을 수행하기에 적당하고, 방사원, 방사원으로부터 기록 캐리어의 정보면상의 회절 제한 주사지점으로 방사빔을 집속하는 대물렌즈 시스템 및 정보면으로부터 전기 신호로 방사부를 변환시키는 방사 감지 검출기를 구비한 주사 장치에 있어서, 검출 개구는 기록 캐리어상의 주사빔 입가개구보다 큰것을 특징으로 하는 주사 장치.
- 반사 기록 캐리어의 주사에 적당한 제17항에서 청구된 주사 장치에 있어서, 대물렌즈 시스템은 충분히 보정되어, 회절 제한된 방사지점을 형성하는 충분한 광학량을 가진 둥근 중심부와, 기록 캐리어로부터 방사부를 수신하는 인접한 고리형부를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 주사장치.
- 제18항에 있어서, 여분 검출기는 고리형 렌즈부를 통과하는 방사부를 수신하기 위해 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 주사 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
