본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제 1 도는 본 발명에 따른 땜납포스트의 수직이동을 방지하기 위한 땜납포스트 유지시스템과 협동하고 있는 것으로서, 외판(shell)이 분해되어 있는 코넥터의 상부사시도. 제 2 도는 본 발명의 땜납포스트의 수직이동을 방지하기 위한 땜납포스트 유지시스템과 협동하고 있는 코넥터의 하부 분해사시도. 제 3 도는 안에 접촉부들이 삽입되어 있는 하우징의 일부 단면상의 측면도.

Claims (9)

  1. 취합면 및 이 취합면에 대해 직각인 장착면을 한정하고 또한 취합면으로부터 길게 뻗어있는 다수의 터미널수취통로를 가지는 유전체 하우징과, 상기 하우징으로부터 단부까지 장착면을 따라서 외향하여 연장되어 있음과 아울러 제 1 및 제 2 표면을 가지며 또한 자체에는 상기 단부로부터 내향하여 연장되는 것으로서 상기 제 1 표면으로부터 제 2 표면까지 관통되어 있으면서 쌍을 이루는 양벽들을 의해 한정되는 다수의 평행한 채널을 가지는 위치지정평판과, 상기 하우징에 장착되는 것으로서, 각각의 것이 터미널수취통로속으로 뻗치게 되는 취합부 및, 그 취합부에 직각상태로서 상기 장착면으로부터 근접한 외측에서 길게 연장되어지고 위치지정평판에 있는 상기 각 채널을 통과하게되고 또한 조립시 상기 채널을 따라 자신의 용이한 삽입을 위해 상기 하우징쪽으로 볼록한 U-형 횡단면을 취하면서 아울러 측벽들을 가지는 장착부로 형성되는 다수의 전기터미널과, 제 1 표면쪽으로의 장착부의 축방향이동을 방지하기위해 상기 위치지정평판의 제 1 표면에 인접하며 상기 터미널의 장착부의 U-형 횡단면의 각 측벽으로부터 측방향으로 외향하여 옵셋되어 있고, 아울러 상기 채널을 한정하는 각각의 벽돌보다 더 연장되어져서 상기 위치지정평판의 제 1 표면에 맞닿도록 한 적어도 하나의 제 1 스톱숄더를 한정하고 있는 제 1 멈춤수단과 구성되는 것으로서, 상기 측벽들로부터 길게 뻗는 연장부를 형성시켜서 그 연장부상에 상기 제 1 멈춤수단을 제공하므로써, 상기 위치지정평판쪽으로의 터미널장착부의 축방향 이동이 방지되어지도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 전기코넥터어셈블리.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 멈춤수단이 상기 연장부상에, 상기 제 1 스톱숄더와 공동평면상에 이루면서 상기 각각의 채널한정벽들보다 더 연장되어져서 상기 위치지정평판의 제 1 표면에 맞닿도록 한 제 2의 스톱숄더를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기코넥터어셈블리.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 코넥터어셈블리가, 상기 위치지정평판의 제 2 표면에 인접하여서 제 2 표면쪽으로의 장착부의 축방향이동을 방지하는 제 2 멈춤수단을 아울러 포함하여서, 위치지정평판에 대한 터미널의 장착부의 실질적인 모든 축방향이동이 방지되어지도록한 것을 특징으로 하는 전기코넥터어셈블리.
  4. 제 3 항에 있어서, 제 2 멈춤수단이 상기 연장부상에 적어도 하나의 제 2 스톱숄더를 한정하고 있는 멈춤수단이며, 상기 적어도 하나의 제 2 스톱숄더는 상기 터미널수취통로의 상기 벽들보다 더 연장되어져서 상기 위치지정평판의 상기 제 2표면에 맞닿게되므로써, 위치지정평판에 대한 터미널의 상기 장착부의 축방향이동이 방지되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기코넥터어셈블리.
  5. 제 3 항에 있어서, 제 2 멈춤수단이 깃모양으로 종료하는 부채꼴연부를 가지는 평판이고, 상기 평판은 터미널수취통로에서 고정되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기코넥터어셈블리.
  6. 제 2 항에 있어서, 위치지정평판이 하우징에 일체적인 부품인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기코넥터어셈블리.
  7. 제 3 항에 있어서, 터미널의 장착부가 땜납포스트인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기코넥터어셈블리.
  8. 제 5 항에 있어서, 다수의 터미널수취 통로가 다수의 열로서 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기코넥터어셈블리.
  9. 제 6 항에 있어서, 채널이 터미널의 장착부가 고정되는 저지구를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기코넥터어셈블리.
