복식 잭(Multiple Jack)

제3도는 본 발명의 체임버에 배설된 두개의 접촉 단자에 대한 사시도.

Claims (9)

  1. 두 행렬에 배설된 절연체 체임버내에 접촉부를 구성하는 단편(單片) 접촉단자가 배치되고, 접속돌기가 형성된 접속부가 절연체 밖으로 돌출되며, 돌출부에는 두개의 요망 절곡부가 한개의 파지부가 있는 가느다란 절연체로 구성되고, 절연체 배면의 수평연부에 복수의 웨브가 일행렬로 배열되고, 웨브와 협곡부를 교호되게 머리빗 형으로 배열하여 수평연부로 부터 가로방향으로 펼쳐지도록 형성되고, 접속돌기가 제1과 제2평면에 배치되고, 제1평면에서 제1체임버 행렬의 접촉단자의 접속부가 제1요망 절곡부에서 절곡되어 협곡부에 놓이고, 제2평면에서 제2체임버 행렬의 접촉단자의 접촉부가 제2요망 절곡부에서 절곡되며 웨브 주면을 따라서 인도되도록 구성되고, 절연체(1) 배면의 맞은편 수평연부에 수평연부로부터 가로방향으로 펼쳐진 웨브(9)의 제2행렬이 배설되고, 제1행렬의 웨브(7)가 제2행렬의 협곡부(10) 상대편에 있고 제2행렬의 웨브(9)가 제1행렬의 협곡부(8) 상대편에 대향하도록 제1행렬이 제2행렬에 대하여서 오프셋 되고, 절연체의 각 체임버(2) 내에서 접촉부(4)와 상합하는 두개의 접촉단자(3)가 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 예리한 접촉핀이 제공되어 있는 보충적인 복식 연결자를 받기위한 복식 잭.
  2. 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 웨브(7,9)가 절연 하우징(1)으로 부터 접촉단자(3)의 출구 구멍까지 연장된 것을 특징으로 하는 복식 잭.
  3. 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 웨브(7,9)와 협곡부(8,10)가 파지부(13)에 접촉단자(3)를 고정시키기 위하여 모서리 변상에 형성된 변형할 수 있는 설편부(14)를 가지고 있음을 특징으로 하는 복식 잭.
  4. 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 절연체(1)의 배면에 있는 접촉단자(3)의 접속부(5)가 단일체로 형성된 리브(15)들에 의해서 두개의 웨브 해렬 사이에 있는 중간 공간에서 서로 분리되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 복식 잭.
  5. 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 체임버(2) 내에 놓여있는 접촉단자(3)의 두개의 접촉부(4)가 접촉되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 복식 잭.
  6. 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 체임버(2) 내에 놓여있는 접촉단자(3)의 두개의 접촉부(4)가 체임버 내로 돌출된 횡격벽(16)에 의해서 서로 브리됨을 특징으로 하는 복식 잭.
  7. 청구범위 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 하나에 있어서, 접촉단자(3)의 접촉부(4)가 U형으로 만들어져 있음을 특징으로 하는 복식 잭.
  8. 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 요망절곡부(11,12)가 접속부(5,24)에서 압축되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 복식 잭.
  9. 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 접촉단자(3)의 접촉부(24)를 위하여 단일체로 형성되고 돌출되어 있는 지지못(17)이 웨브(7,9)에 제공되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 복식 잭.
