제1도는 이 발명에 따른 접속 핀의 접속부를 나타내는 사시도.
제3도는 테이프 재료로 제조되어 테이프 스트립에 그대로 붙어 있는 다수의 접속핀들의 평면도.

Claims (3)

  1. 인쇄회로 기판과 같은 전기 소자의 구멍에 꼽아 넣는 전기 접속핀으로서, 상기피은 상기 구멍에 끼워질 때 구멍과 상호 작용하는 세로 접속부로 구성되고, 상기 접속부는 상기핀의 세로 축에 대체로 나란하게 연장하고 상기 접속부의 길이를 따라 중심 크로스 바아로 서로 연결된 4개의 돌출 핀들(fin)에 의해 대체로 H형의 횡단면으로 되고, 상기 돌출핀들과 크로스바아가 형성하는 크로스 바아 양측에 배치된 2개의 세로 홈들은 각기 상기 크로스 바아를 따라 형성된 V형 바닥을 포함하고, 상기 각 세로 홈 양측에 있는 상기 돌출 핀들은 같은 높이와 같은 두께로 되고, V형 바닥에서 각 세로 홈 양측의 상기 돌출 핀들에 이르는 전이부는 둥글게 된 전기 접속핀.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 핀의 높이는 상기 접속부의 전체 길이에 걸쳐 실질적으로 일정하고, 접속부로부터 상기 핀의 나머지 부분까지 전이부에서 접속부 단부들 근처만이 높이가 점차 감소하며, 또한 상기 전이부는 안으로 경사져 있어서, 상기 핀이 중심 조정되어 원활하게 상기구멍에 끼워지는 전기 접속핀.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 크로스 바아 내부의 상기 V형 바닥은 상기 세로 홈들의 성형 과정에서 해당나이프(knife)형 다이에 의해 형성되고, 상기 V형상은 상기 세로 홈들을 형성하기 위한 고압 스템핑 가공에 대비한 사전 중심내기를 제공하여 상기 세로 홈의 양측에서 높이와 두께가 일정한 대칭 핀들이 형성되게 하는 전기 접속핀.
