Abstract
本发明涉及一种免焊PCB式音叉端子,包括上部用于与电磁继电器及车用保险丝连接的音叉结构、下部用于与PCB板连接的插脚结构;插脚结构包括一对插入式端子,第一端子的截面呈H形,第二端子的截面呈裁剪刃口形;免焊PCB式音叉端子采用高弹性合金制成,第一、第二端子插入PCB板上的圆孔后发生弹性变形,形成过盈配合;第一端子限制X向位移、第二端子限制Y向位移,X向与Y向相互垂直;免焊PCB式音叉端子用于车载电气功率分配模块。本发明实现了车载电气功率分配模块中继电器和保险丝分别与PCB的无焊料电气连接;实现大电流的可靠传输和大功率器件的集中布置。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种免焊PCB式音叉端子,尤其涉及一种车载电气功率分配模块的免焊PCB式音叉端子,属于PCB式音叉端子技术领域。
背景技术
车载电气功率分配模块中继电器和保险丝分别与PCB的电气连接时,需要波峰焊接,而波峰焊接工艺存在以下技术问题:
1)焊接过程对产品的热冲击大,易导致产品产生隐形质量风险;
2)焊接的热冲击性大因而PCB板上焊点的间距需要满足距离要求,无法集中布置,否则距离太近更容易造成热量集聚,造成热冲击。
3)焊接过程使产品焊点间存在锡桥的风险,导致产品间歇性故障;
4)焊接过程增加产品的重量和制造成本。
5)由于加工工艺的原因,PCB式音叉端子一般为冲压件,因此其与PCB板连接的部位一般为方形,插入PCB板的连接孔后,与连接部位是线接触,完全依靠焊料实现连接和导通,容易发生接触不良、电阻上升、发热、最终烧损PCB板的情况。
发明内容
本发明的目的是实现车载电气功率分配模块中继电器和保险丝分别与PCB的无焊料电气连接;实现大电流的可靠传输和大功率器件的集中布置。
本发明采取以下技术方案:
一种免焊PCB式音叉端子,包括上部用于与电磁继电器5及车用保险 丝连接的音叉结构3、下部用于与PCB板连接的插脚结构4;所述插脚结构4包括一对插入式端子,第一端子4a的截面呈H形,第二端子4b的截面呈裁剪刃口形;所述免焊PCB式音叉端子采用高弹性合金制成,第一、第二端子4a、4b插入PCB板上的圆孔后发生弹性变形,形成过盈配合;第一端子4a限制X向位移、第二端子4b限制Y向位移,X向与Y向相互垂直;所述免焊PCB式音叉端子用于车载电气功率分配模块。
进一步的,所述第一、第二端子4a、4b插入PCB板上的圆孔并发生弹
性变形后,与圆孔内壁形成面接触。
进一步的,免焊PCB式音叉端子采用高导电、高耐磨的铜合金制成。
一种免焊PCB式音叉端子的安装方法,包括以下步骤:
A)采用自动插针机将插脚结构4插入PCB板7上的一对圆孔内;
B)采用自动插针机将电磁继电器5或车用保险丝6插入所述音叉结构3。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1)由于无焊接热冲击,能实现车载电气功率分配模块对电池功率输出的集中分配和整车线束的集中保护。
2)实现大电流的可靠传输和大功率器件的集中布置。
3)无焊料,有效降低车载电气功率分配模块的重量,节约车载电气功率分配模块制造成本。
4)有效去除在加工工艺过程中焊接对PCB的热冲击和产生锡桥的风险,使整个PCB装配工艺的稳定性大大提高,实现无焊料PCB式车载电气功率分配模块。
5)与PCB板连接部位在弹性变形后实现过盈配合和面接触,有效增加连接的稳定性和导电性。
6)第一端子限制X向位移、第二端子限制Y向位移,连接更可靠,稳 定性强。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明进一步说明。
参见图1-图7,一种免焊PCB式音叉端子,包括上部用于与电磁继电器5及车用保险丝连接的音叉结构3、下部用于与PCB板连接的插脚结构4;所述插脚结构4包括一对插入式端子,第一端子4a的截面呈H形,第二端子4b的截面呈裁剪刃口形;所述免焊PCB式音叉端子采用高弹性合金制成,第一、第二端子4a、4b插入PCB板上的圆孔后发生弹性变形,形成过盈配合;第一端子4a限制X向位移、第二端子4b限制Y向位移,X向与Y向相互垂直;所述免焊PCB式音叉端子用于车载电气功率分配模块。
参见图6-图7,所述第一、第二端子4a、4b插入PCB板上的圆孔并发 生弹性变形后,与圆孔内壁形成面接触。
免焊PCB式音叉端子采用高导电、高耐磨的铜合金制成。
参见图1-图7,一种免焊PCB式音叉端子的安装方法,包括以下步骤:
A)采用自动插针机将插脚结构4插入PCB板7上的一对圆孔内;
B)采用自动插针机将电磁继电器5或车用保险丝6插入所述音叉结构3。
本发明可以实现车载电气功率分配模块对电池功率输出的集中分配和整车线束的集中保护;可以实现大电流的可靠传输和大功率器件的集中布置;同时免焊PCB式音叉端子也可以有效降低车载电气功率分配模块的重量,节约车载电气功率分配模块制造成本;也可以有效去除在加工工艺过程中焊接对PCB的热冲击和产生锡桥的风险,使整个PCB装配工艺的稳定性大大提高,使无焊料PCB式车载电气功率分配模块成为可能。
Claims (3)
1.一种免焊PCB式音叉端子,其特征在于:
包括上部用于与电磁继电器(5)及车用保险丝连接的音叉结构(3)、下部用于与PCB板连接的插脚结构(4);
所述插脚结构(4)包括一对插入式端子,第一端子(4a)的截面呈H形,第二端子(4b)的截面呈裁剪刃口形;
所述免焊PCB式音叉端子采用高弹性合金制成,第一、第二端子(4a、4b)插入PCB板上的圆孔后发生弹性变形,形成过盈配合;
第一端子(4a)限制X向位移、第二端子(4b)限制Y向位移,X向与Y向相互垂直;
所述免焊PCB式音叉端子用于车载电气功率分配模块;
所述第一、第二端子(4a、4b)插入PCB板上的圆孔并发生弹性变形后,与圆孔内壁形成面接触。
2.如权利要求1所述的免焊PCB式音叉端子,其特征在于:免焊PCB式音叉端子采用高导电、高耐磨的铜合金制成。
3.一种如权利要求1所述的免焊PCB式音叉端子的安装方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
A)采用自动插针机将插脚结构(4)插入PCB板(7)上的一对圆孔内;
B)采用自动插针机将电磁继电器(5)或车用保险丝(6)插入所述音叉结构(3)。
