Claims (4)

  1. 아연이 함유된 더스트와 슬러지를 활용하는 방법에 있어서, 아연함유 더스트와 슬러지가 저온법으로 응집화, 단광화되고 또는 탄소운반체로서 펠레트화 되며, 응집물 또는 펠레트가 적어도 30 중량%, 바람직하게는 40 중량%의 금속화로서 활용되고, 또 펠레트의 제조동안 적어도 20 내지 25%의 탄소함량은 탄소운반체의 첨가로 조절되며 펠레트등은 스크랩 철 또는 선 철과 같은 금속화 장입물로부터 금속을 용해하기 위한 용해로의 장입물에 첨가됨을 특징으로 하는 아연 함유 더스트 및 슬러지의 활용방법.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 라임 밀크 및/또는 라임과 같은 결합체가 펠레트를 경화시키고 또 건조시키기위해 첨가됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 20 내지 25 중량%의 탄소운반체와, 5 중량%의 결합체 및 ZnO 및/또는 PbO 및/또는 Fe2O3및/또는 MgO 및/또는 SiO2및/또는 CaO를 함유하는 잔류 더스트로 이루어지는 응집물, 펠레트 또는 단광을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제 3 항에 있어서, 응집물, 단광 또는 펠렛이 금속성 장입물의 2 내지 8 중량%, 바람직하게는 5 중량%의 양으로 첨가됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
