Claims (10)
- 철광 및 철광집괴암을 장입한 용광로 및 샤프트가 짧은 용광로 각각에서 400℃∼600℃의 온도범위로 환원초기에 분해를 최소화시키는 방법에 있어서, 제련전의 철광과 제조후 재련전의 철광집괴암을, 상당한 범위로 환원분해를 각각 최소화시킴을 나타내는 시약과 처리함을 특징으로 하는 용광로 장입물로서 사용되는 철광 및 철광집괴암의 환원분해를 최소화시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이와 같은 처리용의 시약이 할로겐 함유용액의 형태를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 용광로 장입물로서 사용되는 철광 및 철광집괴암의 환원분해를 최소화시키는 방법.
- 제1항 및 2항에 있어서, 사용된 시약은 할로겐 0.1g/l 내지 50g/l의 범위로 함유한 용액 또는 해수, 또는 해수와 유사한 용액형태를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 용광로 장입물로서 사용되는 철광 및 철광집괴암의 환원분해를 최소화시키는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항에 있어서, 할로겐 함유용액을 각각 철광 및 철광집괴암상에 분산시킴을 특징으로 하는 용광물 장입물로서 사용되는 철광 및 철광 집괴암의 환원분해를 최소화시키는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항에 있어서, 처리용 및 함할로겐시약이 고상형태임을 특징으로 하는 용광로 장입물로서 사용되는 철광 및 철광집괴암의 환원분해를 최소화시키는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항에 있어서, 할로겐 흡수에 쓰이는 각각의 철광 및 철광집괴암을 함할로겐 용액으로 된 욕조(bath)에 침지시킴을 특징으로 하는 용광로 장입물로서 사용되는 철광 및 철광집괴암의 환원분해를 최소화시키는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항에 있어서, 고상형태로 존재하는 시약을 철광 및 철광집괴암에 각각 처리시킴을 특징으로 하는 용광로 장입물로서 사용되는 철광 및 철광집괴암의 환원분해를 최소화시키는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항에 있어서, 할로겐화합물로 처리시킨 각각의 철광 및 철광집괴암을 물로 세척하여 보호시킴을 특징으로 하는 용광로 장입물로서 사용되는 철광 및 철광집괴암의 환원분해를 최소화시키는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항에 있어서, 철광 및 철광집괴암을 정련입단(smeliting aggregate)으로 장입시키기 전에 함할로겐용액 또는 고상형태로서 함 할로겐시약과 특히 처리시킴을 특징으로 하는 용광로 장입물로서 사용되는 철광 및 철광집괴암의 환원분해를 최소화시키는 방법.
