Claims (16)
- 하기 일반식을 갖는 방향족 폴리이미드 :상기식에서-Ar- 은또는 그 혼합물 ;-X, -X1, -X2, -X3, 및 -X4는 독립적으로 1-6개의 탄소원자를 갖는 일차 또는 이차 알킬기이고, Z, -Z1, -Z2, -Z3, -Z4및 -Z5은 독립적으로 -H, 또는 -X,r=100%-(t+v)v=0% 일때 t=0-50%t=0% 일때 v=0-19%s=100%-u(t+v) 1% 일때 u=100%
- 제 1 항에 있어서, V=0-25인 방향족 폴리이미드.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, -X1, -X2, -X3및 -X4는 -CH3또는 -C2H5인 망향족 폴리 이미드.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, t, u 및 v는 0이고 -Ar-은이고, -X, -Z 및 Z2는 -CH3이고 Z1은 -H인 방향족 폴리-이미드.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, t, u 및 v는 0이고 -Ar-이이고, -X, -X1, -X2, 및 -X3가 -CH3인 방향족 폴리 이미드.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, t, u 및 v는 0이고 -Ar-이의 혼합물이고, -X,-X1, -X2, -X3, Z 및 Z2가 -CH3이고, Z1이 -H인 방향족 폴리이미드.

- 제 1 항에 있DJ서, t, u 및 v는 0이고, -Z, -Z1및 -Z2는 -H인 방향족 VHF리이미드.
- 적어도 하나의 하기 일반식(a)의 테트라카르복실산, 또는 그의 유도된 이무수물을, 그것만으로 또는 적어도 하나의 하기 일반식(b) 및/또는 (c)의 테트라카르복실산 또는 그의 유도된 이무수물과 함께 적어도 하나의 일반식 H2N-Ar-NH2의 디아민으로 중축합 반응시킨 후, 형성된 폴리아미드산을 열의 영향/또는 탈수제의 작용하에 환화시키는 것을 포함하는, 제 1 항의 폴리이미드를 제조하는 방법.
- 하나 이상의 하기 일반식의 테트라카르복실산이나 그의 유도된 이무수물을 하나 이상의 일반식 H2N-Ar-NH2의 디아민으로 중축합 반응시킨 후, 형성된 폴리아미드산을 열의 영향/또는 탈수제의 작용하에 환화시키는 것을 포함하는, 제 1 항의 폴리이미드를 제조하는 방법:
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 탈수제가 아세트산 무수물과 트리-에틸아민의 용액인 방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 탈수제가 아세트산 무수물과 트리-에틸아민의 용액인 방법.
- 제 1 항의 폴리이미드의 코우팅이 위에 적용된 담체 물질로 이루어진 코우팅처리된 물질.
- 고온 안정성이고 가시범위 내에서 고도로 광학적으로 투명-무색인, 제 1 항의 폴리이미드로부터 제조된 방향족 폴리이미드 필름.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
