제 1 도는 본 발명에 따른 뒷좌석의 두 등받이 프레임을 보인 분해 사시도. 제 2 도는 좌석이용위치와 쿠션좌부상에 절첩된 위치에 놓여 있는 두 등받이의 프레임을 보인 사시도. 제 3 도는 제 2 도에서 보인 위치에 놓인 좌석의 사시도.

Claims (9)

  1. 쿠션좌부와, 직립위치에서 고정하기 위한 수단이 구비되어 있는 두개의 나란한 등받이로 구성된 차량용 절첩식 뒷좌석에 있어서, 두 등받이가 좌석이용의 직립위치와 두 등받이의 절첩위치사이로 이동가능한 공통의 수평한 롯드상에 착설되고 이 롯드에 하나의 등받이가 회전가능하게 착설됨을 특징으로 하는 차량용 절첩식 뒷좌석.
  2. 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 회전하는 등받이가 이를 쿠션좌부상에 절첩토록하기 위하여 직립위치에 배치된 롯드상에서 자유롭게 회전하며 절첩위치에서는 롯드상에서 회전되지 않도록하는 수단이 구비됨을 특징으로 하는 절첩식 뒷좌석.
  3. 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 각 등받이가 사각 프레임으로 구성 되고 그 대향된 두 측부에 회전형의 롯드가 연장 됨을 특징으로 하는 절첩식 뒷좌석.
  4. 청구범위 3항에 있어서, 일측등받이의 하부용 부분이 롯드의 회전축선을 중심으로 하여 회전가능한 부재에 연결됨을 특징으로 하는 절첩식 뒷좌석.
  5. 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 롯드가 회전연결형 링크로 고정지지체에 연결됨을 특징으로 하는 절첩식 뒷좌석.
  6. 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 롯드의 회전축선을 중심으로 회전하는 중에 두 등받이를 상호 연결하기 위한 수단이 구성되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 절첩식 뒷좌석.
  7. 청구범위 6항에 있어서, 두 등받이를 연결하기 위한 수단이 제 2 등받이의 일측부에 고정되어 회전형 등받이에 접하는 텝으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 절첩식 뒷좌석.
  8. 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 쿠션좌부가 선단변부측에서 수직으로 접힐 수 있게 되어 있고, 제 1 등받이는 이 등받이만을 쿠션좌부상에 접을 수 있게 되어 있는 동시에 수직으로 세워놓은 쿠션좌부의 후측에서 제 2 등받이와 함께 차체 바닥측으로 접을 수 있게 되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 절첩식 뒷좌석.
