본 고안은 차량용 시트에 관한 것으로 시트의 등받이가 중앙축을 중심으로 90도로 회동될 수 있게 하므로서, 앞좌석에 승객이 착석하지 않았을 경우 뒷자석의 승객이 앞좌석의 등받이를 회동시켜 다리를 앞좌석에 얹어두어 편안한 자세로서 여행하거나 또는 필요에 따라 등받이 뒷면을 독서대나 식탁으로 사용할 수 있게한 것이다.
종래의 차량용 시트는 등받이 반대 방향으로 회동시켜 서로 마주보게 하거나 아니면 완전히 뒤로 제껴서 침대형으로 구성토록 한것이 있으나 이는 단순하게 등받이를 반대 방향 또는 뒤로 제껴줄수 있도록 되어있어 기동이 곤란한 환자가 아니면 달리는 차속에서 누워 있기는 오히려 불편하였다.
본 고안은 이상의 불편한 점을 개선함에 있어 바람직한 것은 인체 구조상 승차시에 있어 가장 편안한 자세는 등받이에 등을 기대인체 다리를 길레 뻗는 것임을 감안하여 시트의 등받이를 축봉을 중심으로 상단부가 앞으로 제껴지면서 시트 후부에 공간부를 형성하게 하여 이 사이로 다리를 길게 뻗도록함과 동시 필요할시는 식탁이나 독서대로 이용할 수 있게한데 특징이 있는 것이다.
이를 첨부 도면에 의거 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다. 통상의 시트(1)와 등받이(2)를 연설하는 지지간(3)의 상단에 등받이(2)를 횡으로 축착한 축봉(4)이 축설되고 등받이(2) 뒷면은 천판(2')으로 구성한 것이다.
이상과 같이된 본 고안의 작용 효과를 설명하면 다음과 같다.
앞좌석에 승객이 착석하지 않을시 뒷자석의 승객이 다리를 앞으로 길게 뻗고 싶을때는 등받이(2)를 90도 회동시켜 고정구(3')로 고정시키면 제2(b)도처럼 천판(2')을 식탁으로 사용할 수 있음과 동시 공간 사이로 다리를 뻗을 수 있고, 또한 독서를 하고 싶을때는 이를 45도 회동시켜 비스듬히 하여 고정시키면 이때에는 천판(2')이 경사면을 이루게 되므로, 독서대로 사용할 수 있는 것이다.
이상과 같이 등받이(2)를 회동시키되 45도 회전 고정시는 독서대로 90도 회전 고정시는 식탁이 회동될 수 있도록함과 동시 공간 사이로는 다리를 뻗을 수 있고 이를 사용치 않을시는 원상태로 하면 등받이가 되게 하였기 때문에 사용상 매우 편리한 효과가 있는 것이다.

  1. 통상의 시트(1)좌우단에 입설된 지지간(3)의 상단에 등받이(2)의 축봉(4)이 축착되어 회동되게 한 것에 있어서, 등받이(2)의 뒷면이 천판(2)으로됨을 특징으로한 차량용 시트.
