Claims (10)

  1. 선자세에서 사용자의 다리는 상승운동을 하고 팔은 동시적으로 밀고당김운동을 하는 운동기구에 있어서, (a) 운동기구를 똑바른 직립자세로 유지하도록 조작할 수 있는 기부 ; (b) 기부로부터 상향으로 확장하는 수직틀부재; (c) 제 1 하부 피보트 축 주위를 회전가능하게 수직틀부재의 하부에 장착된 제 1 단부를 가지며, 반대의 그 자유단은 사용자의 좌우측 발에 의해 각각 서 있도록 조작될 수 있는 좌우 하부레버아암; (d) 하부레버아암의 운동을 동기화시키는 부재로서 하부레버아암중의 어느 하나가 아래로 움직일때 작동되어 하부레버아암의 다른 하나를 상향으로 움직이며, 하부레버아암의 어느 하나의 자유단이 최저점에 위치할때 하부레버아암의 다른 하나의 자유단은 최고전에 위치하게 하는 동기화부재; (e) 하부피보트축의 위쪽에 위치하는 상부 피보트축 주위를 회전가능하게 수직틀부재에 장착된 상부레버아암과; 각각의 상부레버아암으로부터 대체로 상향으로 확장되는 것으로서 손으로 잡을 수 있는 자유단 부분을 가지는 손잡이막대; 를 갖춘 좌우 상부레버어셈블리 ; (f) 좌우 하부레버아암을 대응하는 좌우 상부레버어셈블리와 상호연결하며, 이로써 운동기구의 어느 한쪽 하부레버아암이 하부 피보트축을 중심으로 어느 한쪽으로 회전하는 것은 기구의 같은 쪽 상부레버아암이 상부 피보트 축을 중심으로 반대쪽으로 회전하도록 하며, 이로써 하부 레버아암의 어느 한쪽 자유단이 그 최저점에 위치할때 운동기구의 같은 쪽의 손잡이막대의 자유단이 레버아암 자유단으로부터 최원점에 위치하며 하부레버아암의 어느 한쪽 자유단이 그 최고점에 위치할때, 기구의 같은 쪽의 손잡이막대의 자유단은 레버아암의 자유단에 대해 최근점에 위치하는 연결부재 ; 및 (g) 하부레버아암과 상부레버어셈블리의 운동에 저항하는 저항부재로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 운동기구.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 수직틀부재는 기부에 고정적으로 부착할 수 있는 하부단을 가진 기둥구조를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 운동기구.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서, 연결부재와 동기화부재는 사용자의 한쪽 다리가 펴져 있을때 사용자의 다른 쪽 다리가 무릎에서 적어도 거의 직각으로 굽혀지기에 충분한 최대단높이가 되도록 작동되며, 사용자의 한쪽팔이 펴져 있을때 사용자의 다른쪽 팔은 팔꿈치에서 적어도 거의 직각으로 굽혀지기에 충분한 최대 손간격 크기가 되도록 작동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 운동기구.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 연결부재는 좌우 지지봉 ; 지지봉의 상부단을 각각 좌우 상부레버 어셈블리에 회전가능하게 연결하는 제 1 부재; 좌우 지지봉의 하부단을 각각 좌우 하부레버아암에 회전가능하게 연결하는 제 2 부재로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 운동기구.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 연결부재는 상부레버바암의 회전각을 선택적으로 변경하도록 조절할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 운동기구.
  6. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 동기화부재는 상기 최대단높이를 변경하도록 조정조작될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 운동기구.
  7. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 동기화부재는, 좌우단부를 가지며, 수직특부재에 회전가능하게 장착되어 이로써 횡단면에서 회전할 수 있게 되는 로커아암; 한쪽 단부가 우측 하부레버에 회전가능하게 연결되고 반대쪽 단부는 상기 로커아암의 우측단부에 회전가능하게 연결된 우측 연결로드; 및 한쪽 단부가 좌측 하부레버에 회전가능하게 연결되고 반대쪽 단부는 상기 로커아암의 좌측단부에 회전가능하게 연결된 좌측 연결로드로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 운동기구.
  8. 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 연결로드는 소정의 값으로 조정될 수 있는 유효길이를 가지며, 이로써 최대단 높이가 대응하는 소정값에 따라 조정될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 운동기구.
  9. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 저항부재는 적어도 하부레버아암중의 하나나 상부레버어셈블리에 상호 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 운동기구.
  10. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 저항부재는 하부레버아암을 움직이는데 필요한 힘을 변경하도록 조정조작될 수 있은 것을 특징으로 하는 운동기구.
