정전잠상현상용 토우너

제1도는 착색제로서 사용하는 카오본블랙의 비율표면적과 완화시간과의 관계를 표시한 그래프.
제2도 내지 제3도는 실시예 및 비교예에서 사용한 결착수지의 겔퍼미에이션 크로매트 그래픽에 의한 분자량분포를 표시한 그래프.

Claims (11)

  1. 적어도 착색제 및 결착수지를 함유하며, 주파수 100KHZ에 있어서의 완화시간이 5-20msec 인 것을 특징으로 하는 정전잠상현상용 토우너.
  2. 제1항에 있어서 전기의 착색제가 카아본블랙인 정전잠상현상용 토우너.
  3. 제2항에 있어서 전기의 카아본블랙이 코우너 1g중에 비율표면적 15㎠/g이상이 되도록 함유되어 있는 정전잠상형상용 토우너.
  4. 제3항에 있어서 전기의 카오본블랙이 2-30중량% 함유되어 있는 정전잠상현상용 토우너.
  5. 제1항에 있어서 정대전성 미분말과 부대전성미분말이 첨가되어있는 정전잠상현상용 토우너.
  6. 제5항에 있어서 정대전성 미분말이 산화알루미늄, 아미노기를 가진 실리콘오일로 처리된 소수성 실리카 및 아크릴수지로 되는 군으로 선택되며, 전기의 부대전성미분말이 소수성 실리카인 정전잠상용 토우너.
  7. 제1항에 있어서 전기의 결착수지가 겔퍼미에이션 크로마토 그래피에 의한 분자량분포에 있어서 1×103∼5×104및 5×104∼5×107의 각각의 영역에 적어도 하나의픽치를 가진것이며, 상기의 1×103∼5×104의 영역에 있어서의 면적 : 5×104∼5×107의영역에 있어서의 면적의 비율이 30∼70 : 70∼30인 정전잠상현상용 토우너.
  8. 제7항에 있어서 결착수지가 스티렌-아크릴계 공중합체인 정전잠상현상용 토우너.
  9. 제1항에 있어서 비커어스경도 12이상을 가진 정전잠상현상용 토우너.
  10. 제1항에 있어서 전기의 결착수지가 겔 퍼에이션 크로마토 그래피에 의한 분자량 분포에 있어서1×103∼5×104및 5×104∼5×107의 각각의 영역에 적어도 하나의 픽치를 가진 산가가 13이하의 수지와, 이 수지의 분자량 분포와 동일한 두 개의 영역에 각각 적어도 하나의 픽치를 가진 산가가 30이상의 수지와의 혼합물로 되는 정전잠상형상용 토우너.
  11. 제10항에 있어서 산가가 13이하의 수지와 산가가 30이상의 수지와의 혼합비율이 1 : 1∼10 : 1인 정전잠상현상용 토우너.
