제1도는 본 발명의 일실시예를 표시한 냉동장치의 냉매유로도,
제2도는 그 냉동 장치의 주냉매유로의 증발기 출구측에 배치되는 냉매유량제어밸브의 개략 단면도,
제3도는 그 냉매유량제어 벨브의 벨브개도를 제어하는 벨브개도 조정부의 블록 구성도.
Claims (6)
- 압축기(2)와, 응축기(3), 감압장치 및 증발기(7)을 고리 형상으로 배치 접속시킨 주냉매유로(1)를 가진 냉동장치에 있어서, 전기의 증발기(7)의 출구측에 배설되는 냉매유량제어벨브(14)와, 전기의 응축기(3)의 출구측과 전기의 냉매유량제어벨브(14)의 출구측과의 사이에 설치되어 유로 개폐수단과 감압수단 및 보조에 버포레이터(18)을 가지고 전기의 증발기(7) 및 냉매유량제어벨브(14)를 바이퍼스하는 보조유로를 구비하고, 전기의 압축기(2)를 항상 운전하는 동시에, 그 압축기(2)의 흡입측이 소정압력이하로 된 때 전기의 유로 개폐수단을 열리는 동작을 시키도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유로개폐수단과 감압수단을 전기신호에 의하여 그 개도가 제어되는 전동벨브(16)으로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 원하는 실내온도를 설정하는 온도설정부와, 실내온도를 검지하는 온도센스(10)(11)과, 그 온도센서로부터의 온도신호와 전기의 온도설정부로부터의 설정온도신호와의 양신호로 전기의 냉매유량 제이벨브(14)의 개도를 제어하는 벨브개도조정부(15)를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 전기의 냉매유량제어벨브(14)는 항상 벨브를 열리는 방향으로 가세하는 스프링과, 이 스프링힘에 대항하여 벨브를 열리는 방향으로 구동하는 솔리노이드를 구비하는 동시에 전기의 벨브개도조정부(15)는, 전기의 온도센서(10)(11)로부터의 온도신호와 설정온도신호와의 편차를 토대로 하는 전기신호를 전기의 솔리노이드에 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 전기의 벨브개도조정부(15)는, 전기의 온도센서(10)(11)과 온도설정부로부터의 양신호의 편차를 제어연산하는 연산부(51)과, 이 연산부(51)로부터 출력되는 연산치의 전회의치와 금회의치를 비교하는 것에 의하여 연산치의 증가, 감소, 불변을 판정하고, 그 판정결과를 토대로 금회의치에 작동히스테리시스 상당분을 가산, 감산, 전회의 수정치인 대로의 각처리를 행한 금회의 수정치를 출력하는 수정부(55)와, 그 수정치와 일정기간의 램프신호를 비교하고, 그 비교결과에 따른 듀우티비교의 전기신호를 전기의 냉매유량제어벨브(14)의 솔리노이드에 공급하는 비교부로부터되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전기의 실내의 온도를 검지하여 이상고온을 검지한때 전기의 냉매유량제어벨브(14)를 강제적으로 전개상태로 하기 위한 과열방지용인 더어모스태트(73)과 전기의 실내의 온도 이상저온을 검지한때 전기의 압축기(2)의 운전을 강제적으로 정지시키기 위한 과냉각방지용인 더어모스태트(76)을 구비하여 냉동장치의 운전보호를 행하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
