Claims (10)
1개 이상의 셀룰로오스 에테르 또는 에스테르 단편 Rc, 적어도 2개의 탄소원자를 가지며 에테르 산소 원자, 에스테르기 및 페닐렌기들에 의해 치환되거나 또는 방해받을 수 있는 1개 이상의 알킬렌 잔기 Rd, 및 2개 이상의 디이소시아네이트 잔기 R1로 구성되며, 이때 상기 알킬렌 잔기는 상술한 중합체가 용매에 용해되지 않는 상태로 교차 결합을 형성하기에 충분한 불포화 에틸렌을 함유하는, 거의 고체상태인 유기용매-가용성, 열가소성, 폴리에틸렌계 불포화 셀룰로오스 폴리우레탄 중합체.
제1항에 있어서, 상기 중합체가 1개 또는 복수개의 하기식(I)로 표시되는 단위와 1개 또는 복수개의 하기식(II)로 표시되는 단위로 구성되어 있는 셀룰로오스 플리우레탄 중합체 ;
상기식에서, 각각의 Rc는 독립적으로 유기용매-가용성 셀룰로오스 에테르 또는 에스테르의 셀룰로오스 에테르 또는 에스테르 잔기로서, 상기 잔기는 약 0.01-30중량%에 해당하는 미반응 히드록실기의 양-n에 해당하는 히드록실기의 양을 함유하고, 각각의 R1는 독립적으로 2개의 자체 이소시아네이트 기들이 결손된 유기 디이소시아네이트의 잔기이며; n은 적어도 1의 값을 갖는 수이고; 각각의 R4는 독립적으로 분자량 62-100,000 또는 그이상을 갖는 지방족 또는 지환족 디올, 분자량 60-100,000 또는 그이상을 갖는 지방족 또는 지환족 또는 방향족 디아민, 또는 분자량 94-100,000을 갖는 지방족 또는 지환족 디티올의, 전구체 디올, 디아민 또는 디티올로서 명명한, 히드록실-유리, 아미노-유리 또는 티올-유리 잔기로서, 이들 잔기는 2개의 히드록시기, 2개의 아미노기 또는 2개의 티올기들이 각각 결손되어 있고, 예를들면 에틸렌계-불포화기 및/또는 탄소원자수 4-30의 히드로카르빌기들로 치환될 수 있으며, 단 Rd는 중합체가 유기 용매에 용해되지 않는 상태로 교차 결합을 형성할 수 있도록 충분량의 에틸렌계 불포화 디올로 부터 유도되고; 또한 각각의 X는 독립적으로-0 -,-S- 또는-NR-로서, R은 수소 또는 탄소원자수 1-6의 저급알킬이다.
제1항에 있어서, 상기 셀룰로오스 에테르 또는 에스테르 단편이 하기식으로 표시되는 단위를 함유하는 셀룰로오스 폴리우레탄 중합체 ;
상기식에서, 각각의 R2는 -H,-R3,
로 부터 독립적으로 선택된 것으로서, R3는 (1) 1-20개의 탄소원자와, 3개 이하의 인접하지 않은 산소원자를 갖는 측쇄 또는 고리형의 포화 지방족기, (2) 2-20개의 탄소원자를 갖는 측쇄 또는 고리형이고 아크릴로일옥시 및 아크릴 아미도기로 치환될 수 있는 에틸렌-불포화 유기기, 또는 (3) 6-10개의 탄소원자를 갖는 아릴기이고 ; R4는 수소 또는 메틸기이며, R5는 2-12개의 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬렌기이고, 및 R1는 디이소시아네이트잔기이다.

기질상에 제1항의 셀룰로오스 폴리우레탄 중합체로 이루어진 피복층을 갖는 피복 성형품.
기질상에 제1항의 셀룰로오스 폴리우레탄 중합체의 유기 용매 용액을 도포하고, 이어서 상기 유기 용매가 증발되도록 하는 것을 포함하는 기질 피복 방법.
제9항에 있어서, 상기 유기 용매를 증발시킨 후 상기 피복층에 대하여 처리를 행하는 것을 또한 포함하는 방법.
