Claims (17)

  1. 폴리올, 무수산 및 디에폭시드를 단일단계(step)로 반응시킴으로써 2개의 말단에폭시드 그루우프 및 2개의 비-말단, 제2히드록시 그루우프를 함유하는 프리폴리머를 형성하는 경화성 폴리(옥사졸리돈 및 우레탄) 조성물 및 그 제법.
  2. 폴리올은 폴리에틸렌 글리코올, 폴리프로필렌 글리코올, 에틸렌 글리코올, 프로필렌 글리코올 및 폴리테트라메틸렌 글리코올로 구성된 그루우프에서 선택되는 특허청구의 범위 1기재의 경화성 폴리(옥사졸리돈 및 우레탄) 조성물 및 그 제법.
  3. 무수산은 방향족 및 지방족 무수산으로 구성된 그루우프에서 선택되는 특허청구의 범위 1기재의 경화성 폴리(옥사졸리돈 및 우레탄)조성물 및 그 제법.
  4. 디에폭시드는 디히드릭 단핵 및 융해환 페놀의 디글리시딜 에에테르, 노볼락수지의 디글리시딜 에에테르, 디시클로펜타디엔디옥사이드, 비닐시클로헥산디옥사이드, 디시클로헥실옥사이드 카르복실레이트 및 방향족 제1아민의 디글리시딜 유도체로 구성된 그루우프에서 선택되는 특허청구의 범위 1기재의 경화성 폴리(옥사졸리돈 및 우레탄)조성물 및 그 제법.
  5. 폴리올내의 히드록시 그루우프의 분자량은 2이며, 무수산의 분자량은 약 2를 초과하지 않고, 디에폭시드의 분자량은 무수산의 분자량보다 적지 않은 특허청구의 범위 1기재의 경화성 폴리(옥사졸리돈 및 우레탄)조성물 및 그 제법.
  6. 비-경화 프리폴리머 조성물은 특허청구의 범위 1∼5기재의 방법에 의하여 형성되며, 상기 조성물이 하기 구조식[Ⅰ] 및 [Ⅱ]의 혼합물인 경화성 폴리(옥사졸리돈 및 우레탄)조성물 및 그 제법.
    식중, R1∼R5는 독자적으로 탄소원자가 고유결합될 수 있는 그루우프이며, R이 R1∼R5와 동일하고 수소원자로 또한 포함한다.
  7. 폴리이소시안에이트와 2개의 달단에폭시그루우프 및 2개의 비-말단, 제2히드록시 그루우프를 가진 프리폴리머를 함유하는 프리폴리머 조성물로 이루어지는 옥사졸리돈 및 우레탄 결합을 함유하는 경화성 폴리(옥사졸리돈 및 우레탄 조성물) 및 그 제법.
  8. 프리폴리머 조성물은 특허청구의 범위 6 기재의 구조식[Ⅱ]의 프리폴리머를 함유하는 특허청구의 범위 7기재의 경화성 폴리(옥사졸리돈 및 우레탄)조성물 및 그 제법.
  9. 프리폴리머 조성물내에 특허청구의 범위 6 기재의 구조식 [Ⅰ]을 또한 포함하는 특허청구의 범위 7 또는 8 기재의 경화성 폴리(옥사졸리돈 및 우레탄) 조성물 및 그 제법.
  10. 특허청구의 범위 7∼8 기재의 조성물의 반응에 의하여 형성되는 경화성 폴리(옥사졸리돈 및 우레탄)조성물 및 그 제법.
  11. 특허청구의 범위 6 기재의 구조식[Ⅰ]의 프리폴리머를 또한 함유하는 특허청구의 범위 7∼8 기재의 조성물의 반응에 의하여 형성되는 경화성 폴리(옥사졸리돈 및 우레탄)조성물 및 그 제법.
  12. 옥사졸리돈 결합은 중합체등뼈내에 존재하고, 에스테르 결합에 의하여 서로 분리되며, 우레탄 결합은 중합체등뼈에 인접된 측쇄내에 존재하는 실질적으로 이소시안에이트 결합을 갖지 않은 반복 단위 내에 옥사졸리돈 및 우레탄 결합을 함유하여 이루어지는 경화성 폴리(옥사졸리돈 및 우레탄)조성물 및 그 제법.
  13. 옥사졸리돈 대 우레탄의 분자량은 약 90:10∼약 2:98의 범위내로 이루어지는 특허청구의 범위 12기재의 경화성폴리(옥사졸리돈 및 우레탄)조성물 및 그제법.
  14. 최소한 1개의 보강제를 포함하는 특허청구의 범위 12 기재의 경화성 폴리(옥사졸리돈 및 우레탄)조성물 및 그 제법.
  15. 하기 구조식Ⅲ을 가진 반복단위를 함유하는 특허청구의 범위 12기재의 경화성 폴리(옥사졸리돈 및 우레탄)조성물 및 그 제법.
    식 중, R 및 R1∼R5는 독자적으로 탄소원자가 공유결합될 수 있는 그루우프이며, R6∼R7은 R1∼R5와 동일하고 수소를 또한 포함한다.
  16. 하기 구조식[Ⅳ]의 반복단위를 또한 포함하는 특허청구의 범위 12 기재의 경화성 폴리(옥사졸리돈 및 우레탄) 조성물 및 그 제법.
    식 중, R 및 R1∼R3은 독자적으로 탄소원자가 공유결합될 수 있는 그 루우프이며, R4∼R9는 R∼R3과 동일하고 또한 수소를 포함한다.
  17. 반응 사출성형 방법으로 형성된 특허청구의 범위 12∼16 기재의 경화성 폴리(옥사졸리돈 및 우레탄)조성물 및 그 제법.
