Claims (15)
- 폴리이소시안에이트와, 최소한 1개의 말단 에폭시 그루우프 및 최소한 1개의 비-말단 제2히드록시그루우프를 함유하는 프리폴리머를 반응시킴으로서 이루지는 옥사졸리돈 및 우레탄 결합을 함유하는 경화성 폴리(옥사졸리돈 및 우레탄) 조성물 및 그 제법.
- 프리폴리머는 디에폭시드와, 모노카르복실산 및 디카르복실산으로 구성된 그루우프에서 선택된 산과의 반응에 의하여 형성되는 특허청구의 범위 1기재의 경화성 폴리(옥사졸리돈 및 우레탄) 조성물 및 그 제법.
- 디에폭시드는 디히드릭 단핵(單核) 및 융해환페놀의 디글리시딜 에에테르, 비-융해 폴리핵 페놀의 디글리시딜 에에테르, 노볼락(novolac)수지의 디글리시딜 에에테르, 디시클로펜타디엔 디옥사이드, 비닐시클로헥산 디옥사이드, 디시클로헥실 옥사이드 카르복실실레이트 및 방향족 제1아민의 디글리시딜 유도체로 구성된 그루우프에서 선택되는 특허청구의 범위 2 기재의 경화성 폴리(옥사졸리돈 및 우레탄)조성물 및 그 제법.
- 모노카르복실산은 포화 모노카르복실산 및 불포화 모노카르복실산으로 구성된 그루우프에서 선택되는 특허청구의 범위 2기재의 경화성 폴리(옥사졸리돈 및 우레탄)조성물 및 그 제법.
- 디카르복실산은 프탈산, 이소프탈산, 테레프탈산, 아디핀산, 수산 및 호박산으로 구성된 그루우프에서 선택되는 특허청구의 범위 2기재의 경화성 폴리(옥사졸리돈 및 우레탄)조성물 및 그 제법.
- 폴리이소시안에이트는 방향족 폴리이소시안에이트 및 지방족 폴리이소시안에이트로 구성된 그루우프에서 선택되는 특허청구 범위 1기재의 경화성 폴리(옥사졸리돈 및 우레탄)조성물 및 그 제법.

- 우레탄 그루우프 형성에 유리한 촉매와 옥사졸리돈 그루우프 형성에 유리한 촉매로 구성된 그루우프에서 선택된 촉매 유효량을 함유하는 특허청구의 범위 1∼6기재의 경화성 폴리(옥사졸리돈 및 우레탄)조성물 및 그 제법.
- 옥사졸리돈 결합은 중합체등뼈에 존재하고, 에스테르 결합에 의하여 서로 분리되어 있으며, 우레탄 결합은 중합체등뼈에 인접된 촉쇄에 존재하며, 실질적으로 이소시안에이트 결합을 가지지않는 옥사졸리돈 및 우레탄 결합을 함유하는 경화성 조성물.
- 옥사졸리돈 대 우레탄의 분자량은 90:10∼4:96의 범위내로 이루어지는 특허청구의 범위 11기재의 경화성 조성물.
- 최소한 1개의 강화제를 함유하는 특허청구의 범위 11기재의 경화성 조성물.
- 반복 단위는 하기 구조식을 가진 특허청구의 범위 11기재의 경화성 조성물.식중, R, R1, R2및 R3은 탄소원자가 공유결합 될 수 있는 그루우프이며, R4-R13은 독자적으로 동일하고 또한 수소원자를 포함한다.
