Claims (21)

  1. 수지상 결합제와 임의로 희석제, 안료 및 도장 조성물에 보통 존재하는 다른 성분들을 포함하는 도장 조성물에 있어서, (A) 50중량% 이상의 디에폭사이드를 함유한 폴리에폭사이드: 및 (B)분자당 적어도 3개의 하이드로실 그룹을 갖는 폴리올 성분(ⅰ), 폴리이소시아네이트(ⅱ), 및 폴리카복실산 무수물(ⅲ)을 반응시켜 제조한, 500미만의 산 당량과 분자당 평균 3개 이상의 카복실산 그룹을 갖는 우레탄 함유 다가산 경화제를 포함하는 수지상 결합제를 특징으로 하는 도장 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 디에폭사이드가 사이클로헥센 옥사이드 잔기 함유 디에폭사이드, 지환족 폴리올의 디글리시딜 에테르 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택된 조성물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 조성물에 에폭시 그룹 함유 아크릴 중합체를 포함하는 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리올 성분(ⅰ)이 1000이하의 수평균 분자량과 분자당평균 3개 이상의 하이드록실 그룹을 갖는 올리고머 에스테르를 포함하는 조성물.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 올리고머 에스테르가 카복실 그룹들 사이에 2개 이상의 탄소원자를 갖는 선형 지방족 디카복실산 또는 그이 작용성 등가물(a)를 적어도 3개의 하이드록실 그룹을 갖는 유기 폴리올(b)와 반응시켜 제조된 조성물.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 지방족 디카복실산 또는 그의 작용성 등가물(a)이 적어도 6개의 탄소원자를 갖는 조성물.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 유기 폴리올(b)이 탄소원자 3개 내지 12개를 갖는 지방족 폴리올인 조성물.
  8. 제4항에 있어서, 폴리올 성분이 폴리에테르디올을 더 포함한 조성물.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 폴리에테르 디올이폴리(옥시테트라메틸렌)디올인 조성물.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리이소시아네이트가 지방족 디이소시아네이트인 조성물.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 지방족 디이소시아네이트가 적어도 4개의 탄소원자를 갖는 선형 지방족 잔기를 함유한 조성물.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 무수물(ⅲ)이 사이클릭 디카복실산의 1,2-무수물인 조성물.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 사이클릭 디카복실산이 지환족 디카복실산인 조성물.
  14. 제12항에 있어서, 무수물이 헥사하이드로프탈산 무수물, 알킬 치환된 헥사하이드로프탈산 무수물 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택된 조성물.
  15. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(A)의 에폭시 그룹에 대한 성분(B)의 산 그룹의 당량비가 1.2 내지 0.8:1이고 이 당량비가 경화 생성물을 생성하기에 충분한 조성물.
  16. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(ⅰ)의 하아드로실 그룹에 대한 성분(ⅱ)의 이소시아네이트 그룹의 당량비가 0.4미만이고 성분(ⅰ)의 하이드록실 그룹에 대한 성분(ⅲ)의 무수물 그룹의 당량비가 0.6보다 크며; 언급한 반응 생성물은 이소시아네이트 작용기가 없고 분자당 적어도 3개의 카복실산 그룹을 함유하는 조성물.
  17. 기판에 유색 막 형성 조성물을 도포하여 하도막을 형성하고 이 하도막에 투명한 막 형성 조성물을 도포하여 하도막 위에 투명한 상도막을 형성하는 것을 포함하는 기판의 혼합 도장 방법에 있어서, 투명한 막 형성 조성물이 제1항의 수지상 결합제를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 투명한 막 형성 조성물이 제2항의 수지상 결합제를 포함하는 방법.
  19. 제17항에 있어서, 투명한 막 형성 조성물이 제4항의 수지상 결합제를 포함하는 방법.
  20. 제17항에 있어서, 투명한 막 형성 조성물이 제15항의 수지상 결합제를 포함하는 방법.
  21. 제17항에 있어서, 투명한 막 형성 조성물이 제16항의 수지상 결합제를 포함하는 방법.
