Claims (14)
- 유압클러치(12)와 ; 주행전동시스템의 전동토오크의 크기를 검출하는 토오크센서(S)와 ; 상기 유압클러치(12)에 공급되는 작동유의 량을 조절하는 제어밸브(24)와 ; 상기 유압클러치(12)를 접속시키기 위하여 입안된 소정의 제어방법에 따라 상기 제어밸브(24)의 동작을 제어하는 밸브제어수단(A)으로 구성되어 있으며 ; 이 제어 방법은, 상기 제어밸브(24)를 제1소정개방도까지 개방조작하는 제1단계와, 상기 소정 개방도보다 낮은 값의 제2소정개방도까지 상기 제어밸브(24)를 일시 폐쇄한 후 완전 개방도로 재차 개방하는 제2단계, 및 상기 제2단계에 의해 달성된 상기 제어밸브(24)의 완전개방상태를 유지하는 제3단계를 포함하고 있으며 ; 여기에서 제2단계는 상기 토오크센서(s)가 전동토오크의 증가를 검출했을때 시작되는 것을 특징으로 하는 작업차.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유압클러치(12)는 기어 변속기구(10)(17)의 변속 조작시에 차단조작되고, 상기 클러치(12)는 상기 기어변속 기구(10)(17)가 전동상태로 설정될 때 접속조작되는 것을 특징으로 하는 작업차.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 유압클러치(12)가 주변속장치(10)로부터 부변속장치(17)로 동력을 전달하는 전후진 전환장치(14)와 주변속장치(10)와의 사이에 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 작업차.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 작업차의 변속조작이 주행전동시스템의 전동토오크검출결과에 의거하여 자동적으로 행해지고, 상기 토오크센서(S)가 상기 자동변속조작에 이용되는 전동코오크 검출기구로서 작용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 작업차.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 토오크센서(S)가 주행전동시스템의 전동축에 부착된 적어도 한쌍의 아모퍼스필름에 생기는 자기바이어스를 검출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 작업차.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 토오크센서(S)가 작업차에 설치된 PTO축에 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 작업차.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 토오크센서(S)가 상기 유압클러치(12)에 대하여 전동트레인 아래쪽에 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 작업차.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2단계에 있어서의 제어밸브의 재개방제어가 미리 설정된 특성에 따라 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 작업차.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2단계에 있어서의 제어밸브의 재개방제어가 상기 주행전동시스템의 전동토오크의 값을 소정의 증가경향에 따르게 하도록, 상기 토오크센서(S)의 검출결과에 의거하여 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 작업차.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 제2단계에 있어서의 제어밸브의 상기 재개방 제어에 있어서, 제어하한 상승률(T1) 및 제어상한 상승률(Th)이 상기 전동시스템에 발생하는 전동토오크의 증가분을 규제하기 위하여 미리 설정되고, 상기 개방조작이 상기 상한 및 하한 상승률(T1 및 Th)과 소정시간 간격을 둔 전동토오크 증가분(Tx)을 비교하여 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 작업차.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 제어밸브(24)는 이 밸브(24)에 입력되는 제어전압(Ex)을 제어함으로써 상기 소정각도로 개폐되는 것을 특징으로 하는 작업차.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 제2단계에 있어서의 제어밸브의 상기 재개방제어가 상기 전동토오크 증가분(Tx)이 상기 제어상한상승률(Th)보다 클때에는 상기 제어전압(Ex)을 동일한 값으로 유지하고, 상기 전동토오크증가분(Tx)이 상기 제어상한상승률(Th)보다 작거나 동일하고, 상기 제어하한상승률(T1) 보다 크거나 동일할때는 상기 제어전압(Ex)을 현재의 제어전압(Ex)에 설정전압(Ep)을 가산한 값으로 하고 또한 상기 전동토오크 증가분(Tx)이 상기 제어하한 상승률(T1) 보다 작을때는 상기 제어전압(Ex)을 현재의 제어전압(Ex)에 설정전압(Ep)의 배수를 가산한 값으로 행하여지는 것을 특징으로 하는 작업차.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1단계에 있어서의 상기 제1소정밸브개방도가 상기 제3단계에 있어서의 완전개방상태보다 낮게 설정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 작업차.
- 기어변속기구(10),(17) ; 상기 기어변속기구(10),(17)의 변속작동시에 차단조작되는 유압클러치(12) ; 상기 기어변속기구(10),(17)가 전동상태로 설정될때 상기 유압클러치(12)를 접속조작하는 제어밸브(24) ; 및 상기 유압클러치(12)를 접속 조작할때에 상기 제어밸브(24)를 소정개방도가지 개방조작하여 상기 유압클러치(12)에 대한 공급유의 량을 일시적으로 증가시킨 후, 상기 소정 개방도보다 낮은 값의 개방도를 기점으로하는 소정 특성에 따라 공급유의 량의 증대를 도모하고, 상기 소정 개방도보다 높은 값의 완전개방상태까지 상기 제어밸브(24)를 개방조작하여 유압클러치(12)를 접속상태로 설정하는 밸브 제어수단(A)으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 작업차.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
