홀로그램패턴변화에 의한 광헤드 구성방법

제 1 도는 본 발명의 방법을 사용하여 구성된 광헤드의 블럭도.
제 2 도는 제 1 도의 광헤드의 레이저다이오드와 광검출기에 대한 도면.
제 3 도는 토로이달렌즈의 초점면을 도시한 도면.

Claims (11)

  1. 광검출기상에 광비임을 집중시키는 회절격자를 가지며, 광헤드에 상기 광검출기를 장착하는 단계 ; 상기 회절격자의 위치로부터 상기 광검출기의 표면까지의 거리를 측정하는 단계 ; 상기 거리에서 일이상의 초점을 이룬 회절비임의 스포트를 발생하기 위해 상기 회절격자상에 격자패턴을 만드는 단계 ; 및 상기 위치에서 상기 광헤드에 상기 회절격자를 장착하는 단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광헤드 구성방법.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 격자패턴이 홀로그래픽 방법에 의해 만들어져 두개의 초점을 갖는 토로이달 렌즈처럼 보이게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광헤드의 구성방법.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 두개의 초점이 상기 광검출기 표면으로부터 거의 같은 거리에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광헤드 구성방법.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서. 상기 거리의 초점면내에서 상기 비임을 경사지도록 하기 위해 상기 격자패턴을 조정하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광헤드 구성방법.
  5. 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 조정단계가 상기 격자패턴의 선형시프팅을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광헤드 구성방법.
  6. 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 거리의 초점면내에서 상기 비임을 회전시키도록 상기 격자패턴을 조정하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광헤드 구성방법.
  7. 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 조정단계가 상기 광헤드의 광축주위로 상기 격자패턴을 회전시키는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광헤드 구성방법.
  8. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 격자패턴이 복프리즘을 부착한 렌즈와 같이 보이도록 홀로그래픽 방법으로 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 광헤드 구성방법.
  9. 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 거리의 초점면내에서 상기 비임을 회전시키도록 상기 격자패턴 조정단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광헤드 구성방법.
  10. 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 조정단계가 상기 광헤드의 광축주위로 상기 격자패턴을 회전시키는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광헤드 구성방법.
  11. 제 1 항의 방법에 의해 생산된 생산품.
