제3도는 비전해 Ni-Cu-P 도금막(Ni 함유량 50%)의 열처리에 의한 경도의 변화를 도시한 도면.
Claims (4)
- 자성매체가 바닥의 경화막을 거쳐서 기판위에 피착된 자기원판에 있어서, 상기 바닥의 경화막을 소정값 이상의 경도로 처리된 니켈-동-인의 3원소 합금막으로 구성한 것을 특징으로하는 자기원판.
- 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 있어서, 니켈-동-인의 3원소 합금막의 경도를 마이크로 비커스 경도 800 이상으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 자기원판.
- 기판위에 비전해 도금에 의해 니켈-구리-인의 3원소 합금막을 형성한 다음에 소정값 이상의 온도로 열처리하고, 그후에 자성매체를 피착하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 자기원판의 제조방법.
- 특허청구의 범위 제3항에 있어서, 400℃ 이상의 온도로 열처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기원판의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
