Claims (10)

  1. Cu-Kα조사에서, X-선 회절 스펙트럼이 다음의 회절각 2θ(정확도±0.2°)21.9°에서 고강도 최대치의 반사를, 5.40°, 7.30°, 10.85°, 14.50° 및 27.60°에서 중강도 최대치의 반사를, 또한, 10.05°, 12.80°, 16.40°, 17.95°, 24.65° 및 25.80°에서 저강도 최대치의 반사를 보여줌을 특징으로 하는 변형체(β-변형체)로 존재하는 하기 구조식(I)의 안료.
  2. 유기 용매의 존재 또는 부재하에 수성 매질중에서 알칼리-용해된 2-하이드록시-4'-메톡시-3-나프트아닐리드 사에 디아조화된 N-(3-아미노-4-메틸벤조일)설파닐산을 커플링(coupling)시키고, 칼슘염을 가하여(늦어도 레이킹(laking)전에 하나 이상의 양이온-활성 계면활성제를 가한다) 커플링 생성물을 레이킹시킨 다음, 130 내지 180℃의 온도에서 레이킹 된 아조 염료의 수성 현탁액을 가열시킴을 특징으로 하여, 제1항에서 정의된 구조식(I)의 안료의 β-변형체를 제조하는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 레이킹된 아조 염료의 수성 현탁액을 135 내지 106℃의 온도로 가열시키는 방법.
  4. 제2항 또는 3항에 있어서, 4급 암모늄염,4급 포스포늄 염, 3급 설포늄염, N,N-디알킬이미다졸린, N-알킬피리디늄 염 및 1급, 2급 및 3급 아민으로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 하나이상의 양이온-활성 계면활성제를 가하는 방법.
  5. 제2항 내지 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 양이온-활성 계면활성제가 탄소수 8내지 24의 장쇄 알킬 라디칼을 하나이상 함유하는 방법.
  6. 제2항 내지 5항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 양이온-활성 계면활성제가 알킬트리메틸 암모늄염 또는 알킬디메틸벤질암모늄염인 방법.
  7. 제2항 내지 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 양이온-활성 계면활성제의 첨가량이 산형태인 커플링 생성물의 중량을 기준하여 1 내지 20중량%인 방법.
  8. 천연 및 합성 물질을 착색시키기 위한 β-변형체로 존재하는 제1항에서 정의된 안료를 사용하는 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 프린팅잉크, 표면 피복물, 플라스틱 조성물, 필라멘트 및 제지를 착색시키기 위한 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 폴리스티렌, 폴리스테렌계 공중합체, 폴리올레핀, 폴리올레핀의 공중합체 및 포리비닐클로라이드를 착색시키기 위한 방법.
