Claims (17)

  1. (a) 비수성 매질에, 20%이상이 비수성 매질에 불용성이고 하나 이상의 중합가능 물질종을 포함하는 중합가능 성분을 혼합시키고 ; (b) 혼합물(a)를 미립화시키기에 충분한 응력을 혼합물에 가하고 ; (c) 비수성 매질에 안정하게 분산되는 중합체 미립자를 생성하기에 충분한 조건에서 각 입자내의 중합가능 성분을 중합화 시킴을 포함함, 이때 , 사익 중합체 미립자는 비수성 매질에 불용성이고, 비수성 매질은 용해된 중합체가 거의 없으며, 상기 중합체 미립자는 중합체 미립자의 20%미만이 5미크론 이상의 평균 직경을 가짐을 또한 특징으로 하는, 비수성 매질에 안정하게 분산되는 중합체 미립자의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 중합가능 성분이 또한 분산제를 포함하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 중합체 미립자의 20% 미만이 1미크론 이상의 평균 직경을 갖는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 응력을 액체-액체 충격에 의해 가하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 비수성 매질이 30% 이하의 용해된 중합체를 함유하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 중합가능 성분이 비수성 매질과 다른 희석제를 부가적으로 포함하는 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 비수성 매질이 지방족 비극성 용매인 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 비수성 매질이 탄소수 4 내지 30의 탄소쇄 길이를 갖는 포화탄화수소인 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 중합가능 성분이 중합가능 물질종으로서 활성 수소 함유물질 및 폴리이소시아네이트를 포함하는 방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 중합가능 성분이 중합가능 물질종으로서 아미노플라스트 수지와, 폴리우레탄 폴리올, 폴리에스테르 폴리올 및 폴리에테르 폴리올로부터 선택된 폴리올을 포함하는 방법.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 중합가능 성분이 중합가능 물질종으로서 폴리이소시아네이트와 아민을 포함하는 방법.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 중합체 미립자의 평균직경이 약 0.05미크론 내지 0.5미크론 범위인 방법.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 분산액이, 총 고체 함량이 40%일때 25℃에서 3번 굴대를 사용하여 50RPM에서 측정한 브룩필드 점도가 100센티포이즈 미만인 특성을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  14. 제5항에 있어서, 비수성 매질이 15% 이하의 용해된 중합체를 함유하는 방법.
  15. 제1항에 있어서, 중합체 미립자가 교차결합된 방법.
  16. 제1항에 있어서, 중합체 미립자가 비교차결합된 방법.
  17. 제1항의 방법에 따라 제조된, 안정한 비수성 중합체 미립자 분산액.
