Claims (11)

  1. 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 및 약제학적으로 허용되는 이의 염.
    상기식에서, R은 수소, C1-C6저급 알킬, 또는 (C6-C12)아릴(C1-C6)저급알킬이고 ; R'는 수소 또는 -COR(여기에서, R은 상기 정의한 바와 같다)이다.
  2. 제1항에 따른 화합물의 모든 거울상 이성체 및 부분입체 이성체 및 이의 혼합물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 부분 입체 이성체 배열이 다음 일반식에 상응하는 화합물.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, R 및 R'가 둘다 수소인 화합물.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, R이 메틸이고 R'가 수소인 화합물.
  6. 다음 일반식의 화합물.
    상기식에서, R은 C1-C6저급 알킬, 또는 (C6-C12)아릴(C1-C6)저급알킬이다.
  7. 다음 일반식의 화합물.
    상기식에서, R은 수소, C1-C6저급 알킬, 또는 (C6-C12)아릴(C1-C6)저급알킬이다.
  8. 고혈압 치료량의 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 또는 약제학적으로 허용되는 이의 염을 필요로 하는 환자에게 투여함을 특징으로하여, 고혈압을 치료하는 방법.
    상기식에서, R은 수소, C1-C6저급 알킬, 또는 (C6-C12)아릴(C1-C6)저급알킬이고, R'는 수소 또는 -OCR(여기에서, R은 상기 정의한 바와 같다)이다.
  9. 심근 수축력을 강화시키는데 필요한 양의 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화함불 또는 약제학적으로 허용되는 이의 염율, 이를 필요로 하는 환자에게 투여함을 특징으로 하여, 심근긴장(cardiotonia)을 치료하는 방법.

  10. 허혈치료량이 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 또는 약제학적으로 허용되는 이의 염을 이를 필요로 하는 환자에게 투여함을 특징으로 하여, 허혈을 치료하는 방법.
    상기식에서, R은 수소, C1-C6저급 알킬, 또는 (C6-C12)아릴(C1-C6)저급알킬이고, R'는 수소 또는 -COR(여기에서, R은 상기 정의한 바와 같다)이다.
  11. 일반식(B)의 화합물을 환류조건하에 아세트산 및 불활성 용매 존재하, 일반식 R"ON=O(여기에서, R"는 이소아밀 또는 n-프로필이다)의 알킬 니트라이트와 반응시며 일반식(C)의 화합물의 중간체를 제조하고, 이어서 (C)화합물을 먼저, 약 -70℃ 내지 약 50℃의 온도에서, 강산 및 트리부틸포스핀 또는 트리페닐포스핀중에서 선택된 포스핀으로 처리된 다음, 강염기 및 포름알데하이드로 처리하여 일반식(A)의 화합물을 수득함을 특징으로 하여, 일반식(A)의 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
