Claims (10)

  1. 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 4-(니트로페닐)-1,2,3,4-테트라히드로피리딘류 및 생리학적으로 허용가능한 그 염류.
    상기 식중, R1및 R2는 서로 동일하거나 상이한 것으로서, 각각 수소, 페닐, 또는 직쇄 또는 측쇄형 알킬기(여기에서, 알킬기는 할로겐 또는 알콕시에 의해 임의로 치환됨)이고, R3는 직쇄 또는 측쇄형 알킬기(여기에서, 알킬기는 알콕시, 할로겐, 알킬아미노 또는 아릴에 의해 임의로 치환됨)이고, X는 단일 결합, 산소원자, 황원자 또는 NH기이고, Y는 니트릴기 또는기(여기에서, X´는 상기 X의 정의에 대응하며, X와 같거나 다를 수 있고, R4는 상기 R3의 정의에 대응하며, R3와 같거나 다를 수 있음).
  2. 제1항에 있어서, R1및 R2가 각각 수소, 페닐 또는 직쇄 및 측쇄형 알킬기(여기에서, 알킬기는 탄소원자수가 4개이하이고, 불소 또는 염소에 의해 치환 가능함)이고, R3가 알킬기알킬기는 10개 이하의 탄소원자를 가지며, 이 알킬기는 C1-C4알콕시, 불소, 염소, 페닐 또는 알킬아미노로 임의로 치환되며(이 각각의 경우에 있어서, 알킬기는 1-4개의 탄소원자를 가짐)이고, X가 단일 결합, 산소원자 또는 황원자이고, Y가 니트릴기 또는기(여기에서,X´는 상기 X의 정의에 대응하며, X와 같거나 다를 수 있고, R4는 상기 R3의 정의에 대응하며, R3와 같거나 다를 수 있음)인 화합물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, R1및 R2가 각각 C1-C4알킬기이고, R3가 직쇄 또는 측쇄형 알킬기(이 알킬기는 10개 이하의 탄소원자를 가지며, 이 알킬기는 그 사슬중에서 산소에 의해 임의로 단속되거나 또는 불소 또는 염소로 임의 치환됨)이고, X가 단일 결합, 산소원자 또는 NH기이고, Y가 니트릴기 또는 -CO-X´-R4기(여기에서, X´ 및 R4는 각각 상기 X 및 R3의 정의에 대응하며, 이들 X 및 R3와 같거나 다를 수 있음)인 화합물.
  4. 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 디히드로피리딘 화합물을 강산 반응매질 중에서 적합한 수소화물 공여체에 의해 환원시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)으로 표시되는 화합물의 제조방법.

  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 반응을 0°-50℃의 온도에서 행함을 특징으로하는 방법.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 강한 유기산 또는 무기 또는 유기산과 불활성 유기 용매의 혼합물을 산반응 매질로 사용하는 것을 특징으로하는 방법.
  7. 제1항에 의한 일반식(Ⅰ)의 유효화합물 중 적어도 1개 이상의 화합물을 함유하는 약품.
  8. 제1항에 의한 일반식(Ⅰ)의 유효 화합물을 필요에 따라서 보조제 및 부형제를 사용하여, 적합한 제제형으로 전환시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 약품의 제조방법.
  9. 제1항에 의한 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물의 질병치료 용도.
  10. 제1항에 의한 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물의 순환기관 질병 치료용도.
