Claims (10)
- 총 체적중 30%보자 적지 않은 보이드 체적을 갖는, 오일에서 작동하기에 적합한 소결구리 마찰페이싱.
- 마찰부여입자의 존재하에서, 수지상이고 1.3g/cm3보다 크지 않은 겉보기 밀도인, 구리분말을 소결함으로써 이루어진, 제 1 항의 마찰페이싱을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 구리분말이 1g/cm3이하의 겉보기 밀도를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 마찰페이싱을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 2 또는 3 항에 있어서, 마찰부여입자가 비휘발성 무기산화물임을 특징으로 하는 마찰페이싱을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 무기산화물이 실리카임을 특징으로 하는 마찰페이싱을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 2 내지 5 항 중 어느 항에 있어서, 소결이 마찰-변경제로서 흑연의 존재하에서 행해짐을 특징으로 하는 마찰페이싱을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 2 내지 6 항 중 어느 항에 있어서, 소결이 납, 주석 및 아연의 존재하에서 행해짐을 특징으로 하는 마찰페이싱을 제조하는 방법.
