Claims (19)

  1. 압분가능한 분말상, 소겸상, 섬유상, 해면상 또는 다르 형태의 물체에서 금속, 금속 및 세라믹을 압밀하는 방법에 있어서, 이 방법이 유동가능하고 탄성적으로 압축가능한 탄소질 입자를 포함하는 유동성입자의 베드를 형성하고, 이 베드내에 압밀될 물체를 위치하게한 다음 베드를 가압하여 압력이 상기 입자를 통하여 압밀될 물체에 전달되므로서 증가된 밀도의 요구된 형태로 압분되게 함을 특징으로 하는 흑연입자를 사용한 물체의 압밀방법.
  2. 청구범의 제1항에 있어서, 탄소입자가 탄성적으로 압축가능한 비이드로 구성된 바의 방법.
  3. 청구범의 제2항에 있어서, 상기 비드가 외향돌출된 마디와 표면균열을 갖는 바의 방법.
  4. 청구범의 제1항에 있어서, 상기 입자가 구상이며 흑연으로 구성된 바의 방법.
  5. 청구범의 제1항에 있어서, 베드내의 압밀된 물체를 위치시키는 단계가 상승된 온도에서 수행되는 바의 방법.
  6. 청구범의 제1항에 있어서, 압분전 베드내의 상기 몸체의 온도가 약 1000°F-4000°F인 바의 방법.
  7. 청구범의 제1항에 있어서, 상기 압밀될 물체가 상기 입자로 둘러 싸이도록 베드내의 위치하는 바의 방법.
  8. 청구범의 제1항-7항에 있어서, 압밀된 몸제에 근접하도록 입자가 가압되고 압분된 물체가 베드로부터 분리될 때에 물체에 붙어있는 입자가 이로부터 떨어져 나가는 바의 방법.
  9. 청구범의 제8항에 있어서, 서기 베드가 베드의 가압단계중의 집괴되지 않는 유동성 탄소질입자를 포함하는 바의 방법.
  10. 청구범의 제9항에 있어서, 상기 베드가 모두 흑연입자로 구성된 바의 방법.
  11. 청구범의 제1항에 있어서, 상기 압밀될 몸체가 베드내의 위치하는 자리이상에 놓이는 바의 방법.
  12. 청구범의 제11항에 있어서, 상기 압밀될 몸체가 상기 케리어 상의 금속층으로 구성되는 바의 방법.
  13. 청구범의 제12항에 있어서, 상기 금속층이 텅그스텐으로 구성된 바의 방법.
  14. 청구범의 제13항에 있어서, 상기 캐리어가 몰리브덴이고, 텅그스텐이 캐리어상에서 환상의 형태를 취하고 있는 바의 방법.
  15. 청구범의 제1항-제7항과 제9항-제14항에 있어서, 입자의 크기가 50-240메쉬인 바의 방법.
