Claims (19)
- 압분가능한 분말상, 소겸상, 섬유상, 해면상 또는 다르 형태의 물체에서 금속, 금속 및 세라믹을 압밀하는 방법에 있어서, 이 방법이 유동가능하고 탄성적으로 압축가능한 탄소질 입자를 포함하는 유동성입자의 베드를 형성하고, 이 베드내에 압밀될 물체를 위치하게한 다음 베드를 가압하여 압력이 상기 입자를 통하여 압밀될 물체에 전달되므로서 증가된 밀도의 요구된 형태로 압분되게 함을 특징으로 하는 흑연입자를 사용한 물체의 압밀방법.
- 청구범의 제1항에 있어서, 탄소입자가 탄성적으로 압축가능한 비이드로 구성된 바의 방법.
- 청구범의 제2항에 있어서, 상기 비드가 외향돌출된 마디와 표면균열을 갖는 바의 방법.
- 청구범의 제1항에 있어서, 상기 입자가 구상이며 흑연으로 구성된 바의 방법.
- 청구범의 제1항에 있어서, 베드내의 압밀된 물체를 위치시키는 단계가 상승된 온도에서 수행되는 바의 방법.
- 청구범의 제1항에 있어서, 압분전 베드내의 상기 몸체의 온도가 약 1000°F-4000°F인 바의 방법.
- 청구범의 제1항에 있어서, 상기 압밀될 물체가 상기 입자로 둘러 싸이도록 베드내의 위치하는 바의 방법.
- 청구범의 제1항-7항에 있어서, 압밀된 몸제에 근접하도록 입자가 가압되고 압분된 물체가 베드로부터 분리될 때에 물체에 붙어있는 입자가 이로부터 떨어져 나가는 바의 방법.
