Claims (10)

  1. 일반식(Ⅰ)
    (식중, R1및 R2는 치환되어 있어도 좋은, 알킬기, 아랄킬기 또는 아릴기이고, R1과 R2는 결합해서 질소원자와 함께 고리를 형성해도 된다. 1,m,n은 각각 조건식 1≥m≥n을 만족할 수 있도록 선택된, 0 또는 1의 정수이다.)로 표시되는 테트라페닐티오펜 유도체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서 식(I)에 있어서, R1밋 R2는 치환되어 있어도 좋은 페닐기 또는 치환되어 있어도 좋은 나프틸기인 테트라페닐티오펜 유도체.
  3. 제1항에 있어서 식(I)에 있어서, R1및 R2가 페닐 혹은 나프틸, 또는 할로겐원자, 탄소수 1∼8의 알킬기, 탄소수, 1∼5의 알콕시기, 탄소수 1∼6의 카르복시산 에스테르기, 탄소수 7∼10의 아랄킬기, 페닐기 혹은 나프틸기의 1 또는 2이상으로 치환된 페닐기 혹은 나프틸기인 테트라페닐티오펜 유도체.
  4. 제3항에 있어서 1,m 및 n이 0인 테트라페닐티오펜 유도체.
  5. 제3항에 있어서 1이 1이고 m 및 n이 0인 테트라페닐티오펜 유도체.
  6. 제3항에 있어서 1 및 m이 1이고, n이 0인 테트라페닐티오펜 유도체.
  7. 제3항에 있어서, 1,m 및 n이 1인 테트라페닐티오펜 유도체.
  8. 도전성 지지체위에, 전하발생물질과 전하 수송물질을 함유한 감광층을 가진 전자사진용 감광체로서, 일반식(I )
    (식중, R1및 R2는 치환해 있어도 좋은, 알킬기, 아랄킬기 또는 아릴기이고, R1과 R2는 결합해서 질소원자와 함께 고리를 형성해도 된다. 1,m,n은 각각 조건식 1≥m≥n을 만족할 수 있도록 선택된, 0 또는 1의 정수이다.)로 표시되는 테트라페닐티오펜 유도체를 전하수송물질로서 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자사진용 감광체.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 식(I)에 있어서, R1및 R2가 페닐 혹은 나프틸, 또는 할로겐원자, 탄소수 1∼8의 알킬기, 탄소수 1∼5의 알콕시기, 탄소수 1∼6의 카르복시산 에스테르기, 탄소수 7∼10의 아랄킬기, 페닐기 혹은 나프틸기의 1 또는 2이상으로 치환된 페닐기 혹은 나프틸기인 전자사진용 감광체.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 전하발생물질이 일반식 II,Ⅲ또는
    (식 II,III 또는 IV중, A는 커플러 잔지를 표시함)로 표시되는 아조화합물이 전자사진용 감광체.
