제1도는 본 발명의 1실시예에 따른 도어미러조립체의 각도 조정장치의 일부를 절개한 개략적인 사시도.
제2도, 제3도 및 제4도는 각각 제1도의 미러각도조정 장치를 부분절개한 평단면도, 측단면도 및 정단면도.

Claims (2)

  1. 도어미러케이스(11)와; 이 도어미러케이스(11)에 회전될 수 있도록 지지되면서 미러(4)를 지지해 주는 미러 미러홀더(5); 상기 도어미러케이스(11)내에 회동될 수 있도록 설치된 중간회동받침대(1b)를 갖추면서 그 한쪽 끝부위에 수동으로 수직 및 수평방향으로 회동될 수 있도록 된 조정손잡이(1a)가 형성되어, 그 축을 중심으로 미러홀더(5)를 회전시켜 줌과 더불어 그 다른쪽 끝부위에 상기 도어미러케이스(11)내에 위치된 연결부위가 형성된 레버(1); 상기 도어미러케이스(11)내에서 지지축(2h)에 의해 회동될 수 있도록 지지된 중간회동받침대(2b)를 갖춰 수직 및 수평방향으로 회전할 수 있게 됨과 더불어, 그 한쪽끝 부위에 제1연결부가 다른쪽 끝부위에 제2연결부가 형성되는 항편 상기 받침대(2b)의 지지축(2h)이 도어미러케이스(11)에 의해 지지되어 그 축방향에 수직인 방향으로 이동하도록 된 제1연결부재(2); 상기 미러홀더(5)의 수직축(Ⅰ)을 다라 뒷면에 배열되어 그 축을 중심으로 회전될 수 있도록 지지해 주는 축부위(10a)와 이 축부위(10a)로부터 상기 미러홀더(5)의 뒷쪽방향으로 돌출된 돌출부(11a) 및 상기 미러홀도(5)의 수평축(Ⅱ)을 따라 돌출부(11a)의 특정위치에 형성된 제1연결부를 갖춘 제2연결부재로 이루어지면서; 상기 레버(1)의 한쪽 연결부 또는 제1연결부재(2)의 제1연결부가 구형접합부(1c)를 갖추거나 또는 상기 레버(1)의 다른쪽 연결부 또는 제1연결부재(2)가 제1연결부가 그 내부에서 상기 구형접합부(1c)가 회전될 수 있도록 지지해 주는 파지부(2a)를 갖추어, 상기 양쪽 연결부가 수직 및 수평방향으로 상대적으로 굽혀짐에 따라 상기 레버(1)가 상기 제1연결부재(2)와 연결되게 됨으로서 상기 레버(1)가 및 제1연결부재(2)의 축방향으로 움직이거나 이탈되지 않도록 하고; 상기 제1연결부재(2)의 한쪽 제2연결부 또는 제2연결부재(10)의 제1연결부가 구형접합부(2d)를 갖추거나 또는 제1연결부재(2)의 다른쪽 제2연결부 및 제2연결부재(10)의 제1연결부가 그 내부에서 상기 구형접합부(2d)가 회전할 수 있도록 지지해주는 파지부(10e)를 갖추어, 상기 미러홀더(5)의 수직 및 수평방향을 중심으로 회전할 수 있도록 하고, 상기 레버(1)가 상기 제1연결부재(2) 및 제2연결부재(10)를 매개로 상기 미러홀더(5)에 연결되어 상기 미러홀더(5)가 상기 레버(1)의 조작에 따라 수직 및 수평축을 중심으로 회전하면서 미러(4)의 회전각도를 조절해 줄 수 있도록 된 도어미러조립체의 각도조정장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1연결부재(2)가; 그 한쪽 끝부위에 형성된 제1연결부와 다른쪽 끝부위에 형성된 제2연결부 및 지지축(3d)을 매개로 상기 도어미러케이스(11)에 의해 지지된 받침대(3a)를 갖추어 수직 및 수평방향을 중심으로 회전할 수 있도록 함과 더불어, 상긱 지지축(3d)이 상기 도어미러케이스(11)에 지지되어져 축방향에 수직방향으로 이동할 수 있도록 된 제1접합부재(20)와; 그 한쪽 끝부위에 형성된 제2연결부와 다른쪽 끝부위에 형성된 제1연결부 및 상기 제1연결부재(2)의 받침대(2b)를 갖춘 제2접합부재(3)로 이루어지면서; 상기 레버(1)의 한쪽 연결부 또는 상기 제1접합부재(20)의 제1연결부가 구형접합부(1c)를 갖추거나, 또는 상기 레버(1)의 다른쪽 연결부 또는 상기 제1접합부재(20)의 제1연결부가 그 내부에서 상기 구형접합부(1c)가 회전될 수 있도록 지지해주는 파지부(2a)를 갖춰, 상기 양쪽 연결부가 수직 및 수평방향으로 상대적으로 굽혀짐으로써 상기 레버(1)가 상기 제1접합부재(20)와 연결되고; 상기 제1접합부재(20)의 한쪽 제2연결부 또는 상기 제2접합부재(3)의 제1연결부가 구형 접합부(20n)를 갖추거나, 또는 상기 제1접합부재(20)의 다른쪽 제2연결부 또는 상기 제2접합부재(3)의 제1연결부가 그 내부에 상기 구형접합부가 회전될 수 있도록 지지해 주는 파지부(3c)를 갖춰, 상기 양쪽 연결부가 수직 및 수평방향으로 상대적으로 굽혀짐으로써 상기 제1접합부재(20)가 상기 제2접합부재(3)와 연결되어, 이 제1 및 제2 접합부재(20, 3)중 한쪽 축방향으로 이동하거나 이탈되지 않도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 도어미러조립체의 각도 조정장치.
