Claims (18)
- 교차 결합계, 한가지 이상의 강화 섬유 수단 및 한가지 이상의 열경화성 수지를 포함하는 탄성 매트릭스를 그 기본성분으로 하여, 이때, 상기 한가지 이상의 강화 섬유 수단은, 상기 탄성 매트릭스를 통해 배치되고 일반적으로 제1강화방향으로 연장 배향되는 최대 길이 약 30㎜인 섬유 가닥들로 되어 있고, 상기 탄성 매트릭스는 상기 제1방향에서 100% 신장을 가정하여 계산한 제1등가인장률과 상기 제1방향에 수직인 제2방향에서 100% 신장을 가정하여 계산한 제2등가 인장률을 가지며, 상기 제2등가 인장률은 6㎫이상이고, 이방성 비율인 상기 제1등가 인장률대 상기 제2등가 인장률의 비가 6이상임을 특징으로 하는 탄성 매트릭스를 갖는 이방성복합재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 강화 섬유 수단이 천연섬유, 인공섬유 및 합성 섬유중 적어도 하나인 것이 특징인 탄성 매트릭스를 갖는 이방성복합재.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 강화섬유 수단이 면, 견, 스펀레이온, 재생 셀룰로오스, 폴리아미드, 방향성 폴리아미드, 폴리에스테르, 폴리올레핀, 폴리비닐 알코올, 및 폴리아크릴로니트릴중의 적어도 한섬유를 포함하는 것이 특징인 탄성 매트릭스를 갖는 이방성복합재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 강화섬유 수단이 금속섬유, 유리섬유, 붕소섬유, 및 탄소섬유중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것이 특징인 탄성 매트릭스를 갖는 이방성복합재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄성 매트릭스에 분말 형태의 강화 충전제가 추가로 함유됨을 특징으로 하는 탄성 매트릭스를 갖는 이방성복합재.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기본 조성을 이루는 상기 탄성 매트릭스가 전동벨트내에 적어도 한층으로 존재하고, 상기 전동벨트가 세로축을 포함하며, 적어도 한층인 상기층의 제1강화방향이 상기 세로축에 수직인 것이 특징인 탄성 매트릭스를 갖는 이방성복합재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기본 조성을 이루는 상기 탄성 매트릭스가 이송벨트내에 적어도 한층으로 존재하고, 상기 이송벨트가 세로축을 포함하며, 적어도 한층인 상기층의 제1강화방향이 상기 세로축에 수직인 것이 특징인 탄성 매트릭스를 갖는 이방성복합재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기본 조성을 이루는 상기 탄성 매트릭스가 타이어의 비드 형태로 존재하고 상기 강화재의 제1방향이 상기 비드와 함께 상기 타이어의 둘레로 연장 배치된 것이 특징인 탄성 매트릭스를 갖는 이방성복합재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기본 조성을 이루는 상기 탄성 매트릭스가 일체로 된 플랜지를 구비한 신축관 요소의 적어도 일단부에서 비드형태로 존재하고, 상기 적어도 하나의 일체로 된 플랜지는 상기 신축관 요소의 경질대응플랜지에 접속되고, 상기 강화재의 제1방향은 상기 적어도 하나의 일체로 된 플랜지 둘레를 원주방향으로 연장되게 배치된 것이 특징인 탄성 매트릭스를 갖는 이방성복합재.
