Claims (3)
- 가동 및 고정접점스프링이 연결부분을 개재하여 부분적으로 서로 연결되는 식으로 가동접점스프링과 고정접점스프링을 동일한 판재로부터 타발하고 ; 타발된 가동 및 고정접점스프링을 소정된 구조로 서로 대향하도록 절곡하고 ; 가동 및 고정접점스프링의 선택된 부분이 그속에 몰입되도록 베이스를 성형하는 공정을 구비한 가동접점스프링과 고정접점스프링이 서로 대향하도록 성형된 합성수지 베이스에 의하여 지지되는 전자릴레이의 접점스프링구조물의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 고정 및 가동접점스프링을 타발하는 공정 이전에, 고정 및 가동접점스프링에 제 1 및 제 2접점을 각각 적용하는 단계를 더 구비하는 전자릴레이의 접점스프링구조물의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 성형단계는 가동 및 고정접점스프링의 부분 주위로 주입한 합성수지를 가지는 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
