Claims (10)
- 적어도 하나의 금속제의 고정접편과, 적어도 하나의 금속제의 가동접편과, 상기 접편중 적어도 하나의 접편의 비매설부분을 절곡시켜서 접점부를 형성하므로서, 이 접점부를 다른 적어도 하나의 접편의 비매설부분에 형성된 접점부에 상대접리작동가능케 대향시킨 상태로, 동시에 상기 각 접편을 동일평면상에 전개시켰을 때 각 접편이 서로 중합됨이 없이 어긋나게 되게한 배치상태로, 각 접편의 매설부분을 매설지지시킨 전기절연재제의 접편지지부재를 구비해서 된, 접편을 매설지지시킨 스위치구조체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 각 접편이, 상기 접편지지부재에 지지시킨 상태에 있어서 동일평면상에 전개시켰을 때의 배치 및 형상으로, 한장의 금속판을 타발해서 형성된 스위치구조체.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 각 접편이, 각 접편간을 각각 피절단부에서 서로 연결시킨 접편집합판으로부터 각 피절단부를 절단제거하므로서 형성된 스위치구조체.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 접편지지부재에, 상기 각 접편을 매설지지시켰을 때에 상기 각 피절단부중 접편지지부재에 매설되는 것에 대응하는 위치에 배치해서, 그 피절단부를 절단제거시키기 위한 가공구멍이 형성되어 있는 스위치구조체.
- 제4항에 있어서, 절곡에 의해서 접점부를 형성하는 접편의 비매설부분이, 이 접점부와 이것에 상대접리동작 가능케 대향하는 다른 접편의 접점부와의 대향면이 각 접편을 동일평면상에 전개시켰을 때에 동일 한쪽에 위치되게 접점부를 형성하도록 절곡되어 있는 스위치 구조체.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 각 접편이, 한쪽면에만 양도전재막을 형성한 금속판 혹은 접편집합판을 사용해서 형성되어 있는 스위치구조체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 고정접편의 접점부가, 이에 접리동작하는 가동접편의 접점부에 대해서 직교되도록 절곡되어 있는 스위치구조체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고정접편의 접점부가 상기 접편지지부재에 형성한 지지편부에 걸리게 지지되어 있는 스위치구조체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 접편지지부재가 복수의 부분으로 분활되어 있으며, 각 부분사이가 절곡가능한 연결편으로 연결되어 있는 스위치구조체.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 연결편이 접편의 일부인 스위치구조체.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
