Claims (7)
- 방향족 디아민과 테트라카르복시산 2무수물을 반응시켜, 얻게된 폴리이미드산을 열적 또는 화학적으로 이미드화하는 폴리이미드의 제조방법에 있어서,(가) 방향족 디아민이 하기식(I)(식중, x는 직결, 탄소수 1 내지 10의 2가의 탄화수소기, 6불소화된 이소프로필리덴기, 카르보닐기, 티오기 또는 술포닐기로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 기를 표시하고, Y1, Y2, Y3및 Y4는 각각 독립적으로 수소, 저급알킬기, 저급알콕시기, 염소 또는 브롬으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 기를 표시함).로 표시되는 디아민이고,(나) 테트라 카르복시산 2무수물이 하기식(II)(식중, R은 탄소수 2이상의 지방족기, 고리식지방족기, 단고리식방향족기, 축합다고리식 방향족기, 방향족기가 직접 또는 가교원에 의해 상호 연결된 비축합 다고리식방향족기로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 4가의 기를 표시함.)로 표시되는 테트라 카르복시산 2무수물이고,(다) 또 반응이 하기식(III)(식중, Z는 단고리식방향족기, 축합다고리식방향족기, 방향족기가 직접 또는 가교원에 의해 상호 연결된 비축합다고리식방향족기로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 2가의 기를 표시함.)로 표시되는 디카르복시산무물의 존재하에 행하여지고,(라) 테트라 카르복시산 2무수물의 양은 방향족디아민 1몰당 0.9 내지 1.0몰비이고, 또 디카르복시산 2무수물의 양은 방향족 디아민 1몰당 0.001 내지 1.0몰비인 하기식(IV)(식중, X1, Y1, Y2, Y3, Y4및 R은 상기와 같다.)로 표시되는 반복단위를 기본 골격으로서 가지는 열안정성이 양호한 폴리이미드의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 방향족 디아민이 4,4'-비스(3-아미노페녹시)비페닐, 2,2-비스[4-(3-아미노페녹시)페닐]프로판, 비스[4-(3-아미노페녹시)페닐]케톤, 비스[4(3-아미노페녹시)페닐]술피드 및 비스[4-(3-아미노페녹시)페닐]술폰으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 방향족 디아민인 폴리이미드의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 테트라카르복시산 2무수물이 피로멜리트산 2무수물, 3,3',4,4'-벤조페논 테트라카르복시산 2무수물, 3,3',4,4'-비페닐테트라카르복시산 2무수물, 비스(3,4-디카르복시페닐)에테르 2무수물, 4,4'-(P-페닐렌디옥시)디프탈산 2무수물로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 테트라카르복시산 2무수물인 폴리이미드의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 디카르복시산 무수물이, 무수글루타르산, 1,2-헥산디카르복시산 무수물, 무수시드라콘산, 시클로부탄디카르복시산 무수물, 무수테라콘산, 무수프탈산, 3,4-벤조페논 디카르복시산무수물, 3,4-디카르복시페닐 페닐에테르무수물, 3,4-비페닐디카르복시산 무수물, 3,4-디카르복시페닐 페닐술피드무수물, 3,4-디카르복시페닐 페닐술폰 무수물로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 디카르복시산 무수물인 폴리이미드의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 디카르복시산 무수물의 양이 방향족 디아민 1몰당 0.01 내지 0.5몰비인 폴리이미드의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항의 어느방법에 의해서 제조된 폴리이미드와 섬유형상보강재로 이루어진 폴리이미드계 복합재료.
- 제6항에 있어서, 섬유형상 보강재가, 유리섬유, 탄소섬유, 방향족 폴리이미드섬유, 금속섬유, 알루미나섬유 및 붕소섬유로된 군에서 선택된 섬유로 이루어진 일방향 장섬유, 수속된 일방향 장섬유 또는 다방향 연속섬유인 폴리이미드계 복합재료.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
