Claims (11)

  1. 효율적인 온도, 몰 비율 및 접촉시간에, 테트라할로에틸린 및/또는 헨타할로에탄올 HF 및, (NH4)2Cr2O7의 열분해에 의해 제조되는 Cr2O3와 기체상 내에서 접촉시켜, 1,1,1-트리플루오로디클로오에탄 및/또 1,1,1,2-테르라플루오로 클로로에탄의 양이 제조된 펜타플루오로에탄의 양보다 큰 1,1,1-트리플루오로 티클로로에탄 및/또는 1,1,1,2-테트라플루오로 클로로에탄과 펜타플루오로에탄올을 함유하는 생성물 흐름을 만든 다음에, 생성물 흐름으루보터 1,1,1- 트리플루오로 디클로로에탄 및/또는 1,1,1,2-테트라플루오로 클로로에탄을 분리하는 것을 포함하는, X=0-3인 테트라할로에틸렌, C2CI4-xFx및/또는 X=0-2인 펜타할로에탄, C2HCI5-xFx을 불소화 반응시켜 1,1,1-트리플루오로 디클로로에탄 및/또는 1,1,1,2-테트라플루오르 클로로에탄을 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 테트라할로에틸렌이 테트라클로로에틸렌인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 약 0.1초-약100초의 접촉시간, 약 225℃-약 400℃의 온도, 및 약 1/1-약 20/1의 몰비율에서 HF를 테트라할로에틸렌 및/ 또는 펜타할로에탄과 접촉시키는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 약 0.1초-약 90초의 접촉시간, 약 225℃-약 250℃의 온도, 및 약 3/1-약 10/1의 몰비율에서 HF를 테트라할로에틸렌 및/또는 펜타할로에탄과 접촉시키는 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 약 15초- 약 90초의 접촉시간, 약 225℃-약 250℃의 온도, 약 4/1-약 6/1의 몰비율에서 HF를 테트라할로에틸렌 및/또는 펜타할로에탄과 접촉시키는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 테트라할로에틸렌 및/또는 펜타할로에탄의 불소화된 생성물로의 전환율이 약 30%-100%인 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 생성물 흐름내어 펜타플루오로에탄의 양이 기체 크로마토그래피에 의해 10면적% 이하인 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 저불소화된(underfluorinated) 생성물과 출발물질의 적어도 한 분량을 재순환시키는 단계가 포함되어 있는 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, Cr2O3가 100ppm 이하의 칼륨을 함유하는 방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서. 접촉단계 이전에 Cr2O3상에 불화 수소기체를 통과시킴으로써 Cr2O3에 예비처리를 실시하는 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 예비처리가 약 15-약 300분동안 약 200℃- 약 450℃에서 실행되는 방법.
