Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un procedimiento para la preparación de 1,1,1,-trifluorodicloroetano y/o 1,1,1,2-tetrafluorocloroetano mediante la fluoración de un tetrahaloetileno, C2C14-xFx, en donde x es igual a 0 a 3, y/o un pentahaloetano, C2HC15-xFx, en donde x es igual a 0 a 2, el procedimiento está caracterizado porque comprende poner en contacto en la fase gaseosa a una temperatura, proporción en mol y tiempo de contacto efectivos, el tetrahaloetileno y/o pentahaloetano con HF y Cr203, en donde el Cr203 está preparado por pirólisis de (NH4)2Cr203, dicho contacto produce una corriente del producto que contiene 1,1,1-trifluorodicloroetano y/o 1,1,1,2-tetrafluorocloroetano y pentafluoroetano, en donde la cantidad de 1, 1, 1-trifluorodicloroetano y/o 1,1,1,2-tetrafluorocloroetano es mayor que la cantidad de pentafluroetano producida y posteriormente, separar el 1,1,1,-trifluorodicloroetano y/o 1,1,1,2-tetrafluorocloroetano de la corriente de productos.
