Claims (3)

  1. 전자코일이 끼워맞춤된 코어에 대향하는 아마추어와, 이 아마추어의 양쪽에 배치된 지지부를, 상기 아마추어의 양쪽에 위치하는 탄성부를 갖는 토오션바아에 의해 결합하고, 자속을 변화시켜서 상기 아마추어를 회전운동시켜 니이들을 인자부쪽으로 변위시켜서 인자동작을 행하게 하는 도트프린터헤드에 있어서, 상기 아마추어와 상기 지지부의 적어도 한쪽에 상기 토오션바를 끼워맞춤과 동시에 납재료를 삽입하여 용착(溶着) 시키기 위한 일면개구의 홈을 형성하고, 상기 홈의 끝부분과 상기 탄성부의 끝부분과의 사이에 위치하는 칼라를 상기 토오션바아에 일체적으로 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 도트 프린터 헤드.
  2. 선단부에 니이들이 연결되어서 전자코일이 끼워맞추어진 코어에 대향하는 아마추어의 기초부쪽의 양쪽에 지지부를 소정의 간격을 두어서 대향 배치하고, 상기 아마추어의 양쪽에 위치하는 탄성부가 형성된 토오션바아를 끼워맞추어서 납붙임하는 일면개구의 홈을 상기 아마추어의 기초부쪽의 한쪽끝과 상기 지지부에 형성하고, 상기 아마추어의 기초부쪽의 폭의 좁게하여, 이 아마추어와 상기 지지부와의 사이에 상기 탄성부의 길이를 일정이상의 길이로 확보하기 위한 확개공간부를 형성하고, 상기 아마추어의 기초부쪽의 양쪽면에 접합되는 칼라를 상기 토오션바아에 일체적으로 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 도트 프린터 헤드.
  3. 선단부에 나이들이 연결되어서 전자코일이 끼워맞추어진 코어에 대향하는 아마추어의 기초부쪽의 양쪽에 지지부를 소정의 간격을 두어서 대향 배치하고, 상기 아마추의 양쪽에 위치하는 탄성부가 형성된 토오션바아를 끼워맞추어서 납붙임하는 일면개구의 홈을 상기 아마추어의 기초부쪽의 한쪽끝과 상기 지지부에 형성하고, 상기 지지부의 폭을 좁게하여 이 지지부와 상기 아마추어와의 사이에 상기 탄성부의 길이를 일정이상의 길이로 확보하기 위한 확개공간부를 형성하고, 상기 지지부의 측면에 접합되는 칼라를 상기 토오션바아에 일체적으로 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 도트 프린터 헤드.
