Claims (20)

  1. 가용성 데이타 기록 디스크와 ; 상기 디스크가 커버 내면들과 실지로 평행하며 공간을 두고 위치된 회전 중간 평면에서 상기 내면들에 실지로 수직인 축에 대해 회전하도록 배치되는 서로 공간을 두고 분리된, 실지로 평평하고 평행한 내면들을 가진 디스크 봉입체를 형성하는 , 상기 디스크를 그 사이에 두고 마주하여 결합되는 실지로 상체인 한 쌍의 커버와 ; 한 쌍의 가요성 디스크 클리닝 라이너들과 ; 상기 디스크의 회전을 상기 엑세스 슬롯들의 영역 내의 상기 회전 중간 평면으로 제한하기 위한 지정에 있는 상기 랜드들중 인접한 것을 위에 위치한 상기 라이너들 각각의 대응부 들은 위치시키기 위해 상기 액세스 슬롯들의 상기 상류 및 하류 모서리들에 인접한 상기 내부 표면들 각각에 실지로 강체인 돌출 랜드들을 포함하는 상기 디스크가 회전함에 따라 디스크 회전의 상기 중간 평면에 대한 가로 방향의 디스크 운동을 안정화 시키기 위한 수단을 구비하는 가요성 디스크 카셋트이며, 상기 커버들 각각은 데이터 기록 및/또는 읽기를 목적으로 상기 디스크의 대향면들에 엑세스를 제공하기 위한 그의 상기 내부표면을 통해 연장되는 엑세스 슬롯을 지니며, 상기 엑세스 슬롯들 각각은 다른 커버에서 상기 엑세스 슬롯에 대한 정합되어 배치되며 상기 엑세스 슬롯들을 지나가는 디스크 회전 방향에 대해 상류 및 하류 모서리를 가지며 ; 상기 라이너들 각각은 상기 내부표면들 중 하나와 상기 디스크의 인접면 사이에서 상기 봉입체 내에 배치되며 상기 디스크와 함께 회전하지 않도록 그의 인접한 내부 표면에 부착된 그의 단부를 가지며, 상기 디스크 표면들 중 인접한 것과 위핑 접촉하도록 배치되게끔 적용된 그의 미부착 부분으로 선택되며, 상기 라이너들 각각은 상기 엑세스 슬롯들 중 대응하는 것을 차단시키지 않도록 절취부를 가진다.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 안정화 수단이 상기 라이너들 중 인접한 것들의 미부착 부분들을 거기에 인접한 디스크 표면과 위핑 접촉하도록 겹쳐놓는 것을 강화시키기 위한 상기 봉입체의 상기 내부 표면들 각각위에 실지로 강체이며, 방사상으로 연장되며, 돌출된 리브를 하나 이상 포함하며, 상리 리브들은 서로에 대해 각도상 오프세트되며 상기 돌출 랜드들 보다 좀더 안쪽으로 향하여진 디스크 회전의 상기 중간 평면을 돌출시키는 치수로 되어 있는 카셋트.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 내부 표면들 중 하나가 거기에 각도상으로 간격을 두고 배치된 두개의 리브를 가지며, 상기 내부 표면들 중 나머지 하나는 상기 하나의 내부 표면상에 상기 두개의 리브들에 대해 동 각도로 인터디지테이팅된 위치로 배치된 세개의 각도상으로 간격을 두고 위치된 리브를 가지는 카셋트.
  4. 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 엑세스 슬롯들이 방사상으로 신장되어 있으며, 상기 내부 표면상의 상기 두개의 리브들은 상기 엑세스 슬롯들의 반경 중심선에 대해 약 135°로 각각의 각도상에서 오프세트 되며, 상기 다른 내부 표면상의 상기 리브들 중 둘은 상기 중심선에 대해 약 90°로 각도상에서 오프세트 되며, 상기 세번째 리브는 상기 중심선에 대해 약180°로 오프세트 되는 카셋트.
  5. 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 리브들은 그 길이를 따라 일정 높이를 가지는 치수로 되고 대향하는 내부 표면들 위의 리브들의 내대향면들은 상기 디스크와 상기된 라이너쌍의 조합된 두께와 실지로 같은 거리만큼 공간을 두고 떨어져 배치된 평면들에 위치하는 카셋트.
  6. 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 랜드들이 그 길이를 따라 일정 높이를 가지는 치수로 되고 대향 내부 표면들 위의 랜드들의 내대향면들은 상기 디스크와 상기 라이너쌍의 조합 두께 보다 약 0.010인치(0.25mm)더 큰 간격만큼 공간을 두고 떨어져 배치된 평면들에 위치하는 카셋트.
  7. 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 리브들의 상기 내대향변들을 포함하는 상기 평면들은 디스크 회전의 상기 중간평면의 대향 측면들에 대칭으로 배치되는 카셋트.
  8. 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 랜드들의 상기 내대향면들을 포함하는 상기 평면들이 디스크 회전의 상기 중간 평면의 대향 측면들위에 대칭으로 배치되는 카셋트.
  9. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 가요성 디스크가 중앙 허브에 부착되며, 커버들 중 하나가 외부 디스크 구동 수단을 위해 엑세스를 제공하는 개구부를 거쳐 상기 허브를 계합시키고 디스크 회전을 결과시키는 카셋트.
  10. 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 가요성 디스크가 복수의 보조구경들로 둘러싸인 중심 구경을 포함하며, 상기 허브는 접착면과 강체 원형 플레이트를 가진 가요성 고리를 구비하여, 상기 가요성 고리는 상기 접착면을 상기 가요성 디스크의 한 면에 커플링시켜 상기 중심 구경에 대해 동축상으로 위치되며 상기 보조 구경들 너머로 연장되는 치수로 되며, 상기 강체 원형 플레이트가 상기 중심 구경과 동축상으로 상기 가요성 디스크의 다른 면에 위치되며 상기 가요성 디스크의 상기 다른 면에 대향하여 보위되도록 상기 보조 구경들을 통해 상기 가요성 고리의 상기 접착면에 접착 커플링되는 카셋트.
  11. 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 강체 원형 플레이트는 디스크 구동기의 스핀들 샤프트를 수용할 수 있는 치수로 된 중심구멍을 포함하는 카셋트
  12. 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 강체 원형 플레이트가, 상기 스핀들 샤프트에 커플링된오프세트 구동핀을 수용하기 위해, 상기 중심 구멍으로부터 구동 슬롯 오프세트를 가지는 카셋트.
  13. 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 구동 슬롯이 제 1 및 제 2 방사 모서리를 포함하며, 상기 제 1 방사 모서리에 구비하며, 상기 구동 핀이 계합 할수 있는 접합부를 상기 제 2 방사 모서리에 구비하는 카셋트.
  14. 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기된 평평한 내부 표면들 중 하나가 상기 가요성 디스크의 상기 허브의 상기 강체원형 플레이트를 수납하기 위해 거기에 형성된 제 1 중심 우물과, 상기 강체 원현 플레이트의 축 방향 운동을 제지시키고 상기 원형 플레이트의 직졍보다 더 큰 내경을 가지기 위해 상기 제 1 원형 우물내에 중심 구경과 동심인 카운터 보어를 가지며, 상기 제 1 우물은 상기 중간 평면에서 상기 가요성 디스크의 회전 축에 수직으로 상기 강체 원형 플레이트의 운동을 제지하고 상기 원형 플레이트의 직경보다 더 큰 내경을 가지기 위해 제 1 원형벽에 의해 정의되는 카셋트.
  15. 제 14 항에 있어서, 상기 평평한 내부 표면들 중 나머지 하나는 상기 가요성 고리를 상기 가요성 디스크의 다른 측면에 수납하기 위해 거기에 형성된 제 2 중심 우물을 가지며, 상기 제 2 우물은 상기 제 1 원형 벽과 동일한 치수를 가지며 상기 제 1 원형 벽과 대향된 제 2 원형벽에 의해 정의되는 카셋트.
  16. 제 15항에 있어서, 상기 봉입체에 경도를 부여하기 위해 제 3 및 제 4 의 원형상 벽들을 포함하며, 상기 벽들 각각은 상기 가요성 디스크의 직경보다 더 큰 내경을 가지며, 상기 제 3 의 벽은 상기된 평평한 표면들중 하나로부터 돌출되고 상기 제 4 의 벽은 상기된 평평한 표면들 중 나머지 하나로 부터 돌출되며, 상기 벽들은 상기 제 1 및 제 2 벽들 주위에 각각 동축상으로 배열되며 서로 대향되는 카셋트.
  17. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 클리닝 라이너들은 상기 가요성 디스크의 직경보다 약간 작은 직경의 원이며 상기 가요성 디스크에 대해 동축상으로 배치되는 카셋트.
  18. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 액세스 슬롯들의 하류 모서리에 인접 배치된 상기 랜드들 각각이 그루우브를 포함하며, 상기 라이너들의 대응하는 것들의 위에 놓이는 단부들이 상기 그루우브에 각각 고정되는 카셋트.
  19. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 안정화 수단이 상기 라이너들을 상기 디스크와의 선택적인 동작 접촉부에 위치시켜 디스크 불안정도를 약화시키는 카셋트.
  20. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 디스크가 자기 기록 디스크인 카셋트.
